I usually have very good self control and I’m slightly ashamed to admit this. There’s been a girl that caught my eye and I don’t know what happened. I think I became obsessed.

Before you judge let me explain. I’d been at work for 3 weeks, 3 very long weeks! Shortly after getting home I just wanted to go out. I spotted her and thought why not, this looks like a fun challenge. I made a couple subtle passes at her but she didn’t seem interested. Hell, acted like she didn’t even notice. I decided to back off.

The next day I saw her at the same place. I don’t know what came over me. I just wanted to see her for dinner, get her to my place… I guess I fell back to my old programming. I decided maybe a flashier approach was needed. It failed. She was cold blooded. Then I realized what was going on. She was in nesting mode. She wanted security and a sperm donor. That’s why she was still hanging out there.

I went full asshole hoping to get a reaction. Boy did I!!!

I made a pass at her with the best lure in my arsenal. As it approached she backed off, then slammed it! Came completely out of the water and tail danced for a good 4 feet! She then went deep. After a few short bursts she tired and I brought her to shore.

I thought about giving her the pussy pass, but I put a lot into this and all she did was ignore me or fight. I bonked her on the head and took her home for dinner.

She was outstanding with a little garlic butter on the grill and a side of pasta.

I used to be a fly fishing fanatic. For much of my life it was centered around fishing locally at least 2x a week and trips off to faraway places.

It has since waned a little, displaced by other hobbies – but I’ll get back to it.

I havnt been for years and now that I’m older and much more patient I think I want to make fishing my new hobby. What I really want though is to gut the fish and cook em up.

When I was young me and my cousin would go fishing every summer with our grandfather, and while I was usually bored with the fishing itself (the waiting I hated, I loved reeling in the catch) I thought it was so cool to gut and clean the fish then eat them for dinner.

Its my way to relax and get exercise at the same time. Most of the time I get a good meal out of it too. I’m also in gold country so I’m always keeping my eyes open
