I laughed when i read this, the police in the UK are barely running an effective law enforcement service as it it because of the cutbacks. They have more important things to do than to chase Johns who f~~~ hookers while on holiday.

They’re also proposing to reverse the laws so that prostitution is legal but buying sex is illegal.

My two cents is that this is going to backfire bigtime.

1) It would be entrapment to prosecute punters for buying something that is legal to sell.

2) Women will flood the market to make easy money when they can’t get prosecuted, this will drive the price down due to competition.

3) Men will still sleep with hookers regardless because they’re used to taking risks whether it be asking a woman out on a date, making the first move sexually or flat out paying for sex.

I’m on the fence when it comes to prostitution. Either legalise it or make both selling and buying illegal.

I have a feeling it won’t be too much longer before the straw that breaks the camel’s back falls into place.
