Not enough evidence for a verdict.
    Fox News Link.

“You can’t always get what you want.
But if you try sometimes, you get what you need.”

    – Rolling Stones

One of our bros was legit concerned and appealed to MGTOW (and even Sandman on youtube) to do something to help. Doubtful we could, or is it? He CC’d Cosby himself on the message.

It’s a good idea to keep largely quiet on this because that’s what we SHOULD do when we don’t know for sure. But women won’t do that. They want to nail him strictly on the testimony of women – as if that’s all it takes to make a man guilty. The s~~~ that’s out there , and the way they hammer him is truly unbelievable.

This is surprising considering the degree to which women will LIE their heads off on this topic with no shame whatsoever, even about men who never interacted with them. This is also a personal issue because it happened to me too. Fortunately the bitch never got away with it. But for some reason, women don’t give a s~~~. They want to nail a man and they don’t care how.

Not even capable of “reasonable doubt”.

…. even when there is reasonable doubt.

And everyone knows popular consensus & opinion will steer you wrong before they shut the f~~~ up and remain quiet – even when they really don’t know.

Now everyone knows why Jerry Seinfeld told Kesha she can’t have a hug – twice.
Today it’s “OMG I love you!! Can I have a hug?”
30 years later it’s “sexual assault”.

    NO.

He was much too polite. Seinfeld should have told her to F~~~ RIGHT OFF because Cosby is dealing with this s~~~ right now”.

Next…looking at a woman is considered rape! “He visually raped me”. As I have said numerous times, like other brothers, the winning move is to NOT PLAY AT ALL.

No contact…nothing. This is one of the reasons why I refuse to date women, let alone jump into bed with them.

Even innocent men are accused of raping their wife because she did not get what she wanted.

Brothers, focus your time on an awesome passion.

Declaring a mistrial means they can go after him again without violating double jeopardy. I suspect the judge knew there wasn’t enough to convict him and eventually the jury would deliver a not guilty verdict. But that would be unacceptable to feminism, and so the judge preempted that by declaring a hung jury to give the prosecutors a do-over.

Wouldn’t put it past them. But you can beat them at that game too – using their own weaponry against them. Just tell her you’re “gay”, and that’s your get out of jail free card. Don’t worry, gays have rights. RIGHT? Milk that s~~~.

The wind changes so quickly with women! if they ever get upset we’re guilty right away! how could a man be a real decent human being in their eyes? As soon as they get slightly emotional we’re being called Monsters! Pigs ..

Cosby’s wife’s testimony and description of them was very impressive and she fired off a few rounds herself. I think it’s terrific that she would stand by him and say “not my husband”. When one woman stands up to 35 female accusers , she can set a precedent in these cases.

I don’t know anything about this case – at all – except that Janice Dickinson is one of his accusers. But I DEMAND to know how Janice Dickenson can even TRY to accuse him of anything…. with the existence of that pea-c~~~ing self-admission and testimony of her being a proud and drunk star-f~~~er of famous men for all those years.

And now that she can’t get away with that s~~~ anymore, she seeks to destroy.

Thats the very first Cosby accuser I heard of, and the biggest load of s~~~ when you look closer.

    Is she kidding? It’s preposterous.

I know that Bill Cosby did some dumb stuff and basically set himself up for failure by cheating on his wife multiple times, but I wasn’t ready to throw him under the bus after all the accusations of rape. I’ve been a member of a jury before and we had to focus on FACTS—not feelings.

The testimonies of some of the women were questionable since many of them didn’t remember what happened in the hotel room with Cosby. I can’t put a man in prison based on that kind of testimony.

Some of these women continued to have a working relationship with him and never went to the police or told their co-workers about the alleged sexual assaults. If you don’t report a rape for several years (or decades) after it occurs, then justice wasn’t your top priority.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

The air coming over the Quabbin from Bill’s house smells a whole lot cleaner and freer! Now if we can only do something about all the other men stinking up the pioneer valley with their legal conundrudraf~~~s! I really belong on an island in the middle of the South Pacific, all to escape the stench of tyranny!

Yeah, that also struck me immediately. How can you even just declare a mistrial? Where was the error? Mistrials are generally only awarded to the defense, if the prosecution screws something up, usually it just goes ahead and gets put in the books.

The justice system, as created by its founders, was designed to let guilty men go free over jailing an innocent man, so the protections are in place for defendants. But things changed over time. Including the definition of rape, including the accused’s right to confront his accusers, including the rules of hearsay, including the statute of limitations. There is no rule of law when it comes to women, the system just makes it up as it goes along, with the intent of destroying men.

I think that is a travesty. The Founding Fathers would be rolling in their graves, in part due to this, but really for everything these days.

Oh well, not my problem. I’m sure Cosby will be fine. Chances are this case will not be re-tried, and will get closed after the media attention dies down a bit.

Speaking of not hugging any woman, remember during the W. Bush era where Cindy Sheehan protested the war, because her son got killed and all she wanted was a hug from President Bush? Did she ever get it? No. And every time she demanded a hug from him, she would go with her f~~~ing Code Pink protest group and tear him up, like what they’re doing to Trump now, and she kept getting arrested. If she didn’t like the fact her son died in the war, then why wasn’t she all that concerned about it when he joined the service? It was after he died she decided to make noise.

The damage is done, men are walking away in historical numbers never seen before. Justice will find a a way, unfortunately it always does, molest one justice and a new justice is born out of necessity, a rogue becomes legitimate while the prior justice becomes deadly. I don’t want to see a future where half the population is geared to destroy the other half, and do so knowingly and willingly without remorse, shame, or reprieve.

I am the end of the institution of wayward government, it all stops here. THE END.

I think that is a travesty. The Founding Fathers would be rolling in their graves, in part due to this, but really for everything these days.

Yeah, but how can you win that move when it’s impossible not to look at someone in a crowd? Everywhere you go – supermarket, workplace, cafés, movie cinema, park, beach – there are women. There’s no way that you can’t look at any of them. When you’re waiting in a queue, your eyes drift and occasionally lock with someone, male or female. They rarely stay on that person, but sometimes a millisecond is all it takes.

So you’re right, men shouldn’t play the game at all. But the problem is, not even not playing can keep a man safe. That’s what’s so sickening about it all.

If he were really a “rapist”, he would have been turned in long, long before this trendy scourge of false rape claiming.

Name me one famous figure who cannot not land boatloads of tuna. Mr. Cosby is now the poster child of why a man should generally stay away from women. It may be his greatest gift to mankind though the suffering he’s undergone has to be mind boggling.

My estimation of Jerry Seinfeld just went up dramatically. Every male celebrity should be as cautious about female contact as he is.

Even if Cosby is found innocent, his life is ruined.. guys we should make am example of this somehow to show everyone how corrupt our system, and society have become.

The judge openly is trying to convict Cosby, which should be illegal. The judge is clearly not being impartial. This system is a blatant joke, that judge should be arrested and thrown in jail, let alone keeping his job and presiding over the same case again.

They don’t even try to hide it, because they’re so used to the manginas and blue pill dolts supporting this nonsense. I refuse to believe women and white knights don’t know what they’re doing, or are somehow being manipulated into it. Nope, they know, they just do not care one tiny bit.
