Bought myself some birthday gifts!

Just turned 27! Have been going my own way for a long time, found MGTOW a year ago – couldn’t be happier!
Got myself some gifts:
– Booked an appointment to get a vasectomy!
– Some new virtual instruments to help with my music practice (I work towards becoming a composer / music producer)
– Shaved my head for the first time (!)

Didn’t have to get permission from anyone!

Particularly the shaved head was scary / awesome. My hairline has been receding slowly but surely the last couple of years, and yesterday I just said f~~~ it – got my clippers out and went to work. I’m still getting used to the look, but with some facial hair I think I can pull off the look. However, I guess I will have to smile more now than before when asking random strangers for directions – asked some guy yesterday where to find the nearest bus station. The dude backed off and just pointed in the direction I should go without saying a word. The amount of people who won’t dare to f~~~ with me just went up – WIN!

Good for you, man… sounds like you’ve got it figured out. I’m a big proponent of the vasectomy. It’s the only way a man can be sure to have control over his own reproductive rights.

So are you an Apple Logic guy or Ableton Live guy? I’ll tell you, the 200+ hours I spent in the studio creating my EP was one of the most enjoyable times of my life. Just me, the gear and the creative energy. I didn’t leave the house for days at a time and it was awesome.

Haha nice man. I’ve been doing this for a while…my hairline started going at like 21 lol. I still have most my hair but its receded just enough in the front to make me look like a goof if I grow it out. I give it a quick buzz once a week with my 20 dollar pair of clippers and haven’t paid for a haircut in over a decade…its a total win. Plus its no big deal just being another guy with a shaved head…but everyone laughs at a comb over.

Son – Thanks! I’m actually both! Or, I’ve been using Ableton for years as a musician during live shows for triggering samples / backing tracks. However, I have gotten more into orchestral / string composing lately, and decided to give Logic a try – it was about the same price as the Ableton update. I have not been disappoined! I really like it for linear composing, but I still keep Ableton around for electronic stuff!

True! And it gives me the added benefit of becoming more motovated than ever to put on some more muscle and become a badass, MGTOW Vin Diesel style! Haha!

Had a vasectomy years ago when I was in a relationship, on the morning I was to get a sample to take to the clinic for testing that the operation was succesful, that bitch jumped me and we had sex, it was only years later that I realised she jumped me in a last try to get pregnant, I bet she had stopped taking her pill already, it was damn difficult to get a sample after that! plus no thought for me as I was already working long hours just to pay our way, without another mouth to feed.

My hairline receded early then several years later chemo treatments took care of the rest. It grew back sparse, so I said screw it and started micro-buzzing. Not completely bald, just a bit of texture.

I love it; there is no maintenance except trimming it every couple of weeks. Never looked back.

I grew a goatee a couple of years ago. Thought it would look weird with my tall / thin frame, but you would not believe the compliments I got. Even was told twice by the same woman at church that “I really looked good”

Go figure.
