The title of the book caught my eye, what could possibly be described within? A question even my childhood self, no older than 10, was pondering upon discovered it whilst my mother shopped about the store we happened to be in. When I opened the cover what was reviled inside just didn’t make sense to me, even at that age. How could it be? With everything man new of the world why nothing about this? The book was titled “Everything Men Know About Women” and of course the pages enclosed were all blank. I would spend the next 20+ years metaphorically trying to fill the blankness of those pages with my own experiences and observations.

Hello Gentleman, I will try to keep my introduction somewhat brief by avoiding going to deep into my past relations~~~s and more just focusing on my transition into becoming MGTOW. I very much look forward to becoming a part of this community and being active in the forums as much as time permits me to do so.

By my early 20s I already felt there was something fundamentally wrong with the status quo of relationships in my native country, Canada. I was always playing the nice guy (magina) roles with little success in dating. I had been raised *cough* indoctrinated that this is the way a man is to behave and it is ultimately what women want. With some critical thinking I realized the entitlement mentality of most Canadian girls was just not worth the effort on my part to change. So instead when I was about 21 I started seriously dating a ‘nice’ Japanese girl who was living and studying close to me. Fast forward two years and this ‘nice’ girl completed flipped the switch. That ended and it was the first time I really went my own way (subconsciously) for a while.

I spend my mid twenties getting a college education and working nearly full time to pay for just my basic living needs. I stayed single during these few years partly due to having little time and money to pursue any real relationships but also because I didn’t find anyone without that annoying entitlement mentality. I was however still in denial of the truth, hoping for that perfect girl, who would love me for me, was out there. Right as I was graduating college (early 2009) the North American Economy was of course in a very bad recession. Not being able to get a job in my field I opted to go work over seas. I took a low paying job on a cruise ship to explore the world and (retrospectively) to go on a journey to find myself. Well I would say I did learn a lot about myself but instead of fully self actualizing I found a ‘nice’ Brazilian woman. She was a feminist, I’ll leave it at that. A little over two years later I was back living in Canada completely broken and alone. Battling my first real experience of depression with drugs, alcohol, denial, self loathing it was not a great time in my life. It was however again a time I decided to just go my own way.

Two years after the end of my last relationship I was on the road to better mental heath and was focusing a lot more time outside of my career on my new drug – Knowledge. I had not yet discovered the philosophy that is MGTOW and I was again ready to get back into dating. For sure at first just to get laid but I knew soon I’d be more so looking to find that perfect someone. Luckily after a few one or two night stands I had my awakening.

Sitting at work I was on a YouTube boredom journey watching some Anti-feminism videos (probably a side effect induced from dating one) I stumbled across a video about women reacting to MGTOW by one of the more well know YouTube content makers. Having no idea what the acronym meant I clicked and watched anyway. As most of you could probably guess, I was absolutely flabbergasted. I went straight home that night with the intention to do nothing but absorb this intriguing new knowledge. I didn’t take me long to discover Stardusk, Barbarosa, CS MGTOW and other intellectual minded content producers/writers and of course this site. My life changed.

I’ll wrap it up here gents as I’ve probably come down with carpal tunnel by now.

Finally, those blank pages in that book I found more than 2/3 of my life ago were being filled with more than just my simple speculations. I am now understanding so much, not only about the female but about myself, humanity, society, the profound strangeness of our time and much, much more. I am truly grateful to those who helped me find this path and I am grateful for you my brothers walking it with me.

I hope you didn’t buy that blank book. “Everything Men Know About Women” can be found in yours and other men’s relations~~~s and on this here website.
Men know plenty about women and to suggest Men know nothing about these T~~~s is more than disengenuine, it’s a flat out lie. If the author of that blank book accomplished one thing is to lie without writing a single line.
The nature of Woman has been exposed in detail in numerous books, websites and PDF. It’s no secret and has never been one.

You know the author(s) of that book would state that it’s mean’t to be a farce a joke you know (oh it’s all in good fun)…. in reality now to us MGTOW it’s a plow to keep us in the dark. When those you wish to manipulate are naive, inexperienced, ignorant to your true nature… it is easy to establish and maintain a psychological control over them!

If that book had had anything in it…. I would bet that it would have been written in a way to dis-inform men, and/or “training” to be a slave to vagina/feminist.

I knew as a kid it was a joke but you really hit the nail on the head here. that’s what I was torn about even at such a young age!

Right…! I’m by no means the most intelligent person, even within my group of friends and family. I am however very analytical and I just can’t understand why most men don’t see the insanity of all of this. It’s so obvious this tradition of the female controlling the male. I learned in middle school the negative connotations traditions can have, most noteably through Shirley Jackson’s short story ‘The Lottery’. Where in a seemingly normal mid-20th century village all gathered in the square making pleasant small talk about family, friends, dishes in the sink, etc. while the children ran around collecting stones. They held a lottery and everyone participated, the ‘winner’ of the lottery was at the end of the story stoned to death as a sacrificed for the upcoming harvest. Ever since reading that story I questioned our cultures traditions, and although it took me many, many years to see through some of the more extremely ingrained ones ie: the ownership of men, I’m fortunate to have not always blindly accepted them just because it was how my father’s father’s father did it.

I quoted the above for it’s sheer profundity. We DO live in strange times and like you, and, I suspect, the vast majority of MGTOW, I have an insatiable desire to understand its fundamental workings, if only to further expose its hideous underbelly to the full glare of public scrutiny. MGTOWs very existence must serve as a threatening reminder to those establishment proponents of this warped culture that times must/will change.

Welcome Brother,
I have come to feel that many of us have similar stories because many of us have been exposed to the same indoctrination. Some see it in their 30’s and 40’s and some their 50’s. If we talk we can learn.
Also, I believe that an element is missing from society today. And that is this. In days gone by, when men were out hunting, they must have talked around the camp fire and being men, I’m sure the subject of women and sex came up. Women for their part were back home plotting resource extraction for when the men came home. These days, men don’t get that element of being among men primarily because we have been told “you must have a woman to validate your existence” Essentially, we live in a “culture of male deficiency” As long as we let that happen we will remain their maginas. This is why MGTOW has become the metaphorical campfire that men gather around. I see it as the birth of the revolution, even though many of us will not live to see it. Many are still caught up in “Red Pill Rage” and many see this as a re-starting point Read, Post. Learn. You are helping a brother.
