Here’s the highlights:

Blake Griffin has two kids with the baby mamma. They are going to get married. He presents her with a prenup, which she won’t sign. So he won’t marry her. Now she is suing for palimony. He is apparently dating Kendall Jenner, Bruce Jenner’s daughter for those of you who don’t keep score. Makes her a half Kardashian.

Oh, one more interesting fact that the story doesn’t tell. Apparently she has a third child from Matt Leinard, former NFL quarterback.

I’m curious as to why you think she isn’t very good at it.

Hearing a lawyer talk about morals is like a fisherman talking about prospecting gold. May be a bit outta their realm of understanding. Lawyers don’t have a special place in hell for nothing. Being the group that makes their money by taking it from others and profiting from the misfortune others endure.

Anyway least the guy didnt get caught in the “but, she signed it under duress” argument 2 years later in divorce court. But gold diggers gonna dig. And she knows he has money and will therefore be relentless. Whatever happens, he may as well consider his career finished cause she will probably follow up with a DV allegation if this suit fails.

Exactly. Even better if guys don’t date in the first place and, preferably, if they just go Monk altogether. IMHO
A father should just sue for sole custody of his children period.
You are going to be paying for legal costs, and go through the family court system anyhow.
Immediately apply for interim sole custody/guardianship of the child and exclude child support from the mother if you can.

Why not fight for your best interest, and the best chance for the child?
Especially if the “family” will be hit with financial, emotional, and stability hardships due to relationship breakdown.
The ability as man to play an active role in his children’s lives vice just paying for it and being subjected to abuse, harassment, and false allegations by both the government and the mother is/should not be based on the sole discretion of a woman.

1. What is the difference if I, or any man pays spousal support and child support to a housekeeper/nanny, as apposed to the mother of a child?
The children are still taken care of.
The house is still cleaned, meals are still provided.
2. Or that instead of maintaining 2 households, I maintain mine with my children present.
3. My assets remain mine, and my inclination to remain productive remains positive.
4. My children are more likely to be productive, based on a positive environment.
5. Governments still get their tax money from me either way.
6. The monopoly of single parenthood is taken away from women, so is the victimhood mentality.

Use the laws, legislation, and expert advise/studies to your advantage.
Use “Best interest of the child” to your advantage.
Use every damn weapon that is available.
That is not an MRA statement, it is a statement of human rights.
One does not win a war without using the best information and equipment available.

His lawyer oht to play the same game. If she is truly not in it for the money – money levels she herself has never been used to because she never lived that way – he should offer to raise the kids and be the primary parent, and she gets no child support because he’s the primary caregiver.

Of course she just wants a big payday. It isnt about the kids, its about her getting his money.
