So I’ve been following this story and what ultimately is coming up is depressing. I’ll give you a brief rundown on what’s been happening.

This woman had a nine-year-old son who was executed while walking home from school in Chicago, I believe. Police believe that he was lured to an area by adults who ended up shooting him nine times in the chest. Police then speculated that the father was involved in gang activity, and that the son’s murder was retaliation towards him. The father, in a rude and s~~~ty way, denied that claim.

The mother released a GoFundMe page to get help to pay for the son’s funeral. She reached her goal, but before the boy’s funeral was set up and done, she bought a car. Yep.

It’s worse than that. Don’t they have round-the-clock life insurance ads where you are? I don’t watch much TV but they are on the radio all day too. Always aimed at men, because even a dead man is meant to provide for his wife….
