Black Sails, a great series about Piracy (classic pirates)

For anyone who is a fan of classical pirates (the arrr kind) I highly recommend checking out the series Black Sails on Starz. 3 seasons released so far, all amazing.

The story mingles fiction with reality; the main character being Captain Flint (Muppet Treasure Island), with real characters such as Charles Vane, Jack Rackam, Anne Bonney, Blackbeard, etc.

A female character in the show, Eleanor Guthrie, perfectly exemplifies female personality that most modern women carry. She is the strong leader of Nassau, only able to keep her position through the strength of men following her. She will sleep with whomever suits her, and will back stab anyone to achieve her goals.

I watched it and enjoyed it too. That woman was monkey-branvhing all through the series. I thought the main hooker broad as hot tho. Really good story.
