OK, usually examples like this can stoke a fire and make blood boil, but EL… OH ….. FREAKIN’ ….. EL!!!

That’s what happens, t~~~s. The guy who wasn’t good enough for you 22 years ago – living out of a van – now lives in a castle and your tired wrinkled broke ass needs to “demand money” because he accomplished something in 22 years and you’re still paying off credit card debt with no hope of even sucking dicks to pay it off. Really nicely done.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

Perhaps a bit off topic, when I originally looked at this article a few days back, something really stood out.  I was wondering if anyone else noticed.

Take another look at the two photos of them.

What does this remind you of?

This is the perfect example of the SMV theory, she looks like his f~~~in Mom, then take a look at the second photo of her in 2003, what a difference 10 years makes.  Just another reason not to settle for a long term relationship.  WTF woman age like crap, food for thought, that hot young tight nympo may be great now, but wow in ten year wouldn’t want to be tied to that wreck.

Yeah, I noticed that. He’s clearly no teenager but he’s trim, fit, happy looking and stylishly dressed. Probably because he’s doing something meaningful with his life and is happy with himself.

She, on the other hand, looks like she got run over by a freight train. I’ve heard that children are a joy but if that’s what joy looks like… well let’s just say she’s aged more in that time period than most US Presidents do!

As they say, the best revenge is living well… let’s just hope the courts throw this greedy bitch out on her ass and toss a contempt charge out after her for wasting their time.

They have to throw the case out. If she won, every single bitch in the world would re sue their ex husbands down the road which is just overkill and unfair. This would drastically increase the already too high suicide rates for men. R.I.P Robin Williams

I did some digging to see if anything new has been ruled on this.  Couldn’t find anything, but found some interesting nuggets in other articles:

    http://www.majorfamilylaw.co.uk/featured-articles/two-days-in-the-supreme-court/

    http://www.ibblaw.co.uk/insights/blog/financial-settlement-and-time-limits-supreme-court-appeal-maintenance-claim-against

    1) In 2011, “MS Wyatt was successful at that stage in securing an order for Mr Vince to pay £125,000 to her solicitors, so that she can pursue a financial claim against him.”

-Whether she wins or not, the lawyers always win and virtually always at the man’s expense extracting £125K from him for HER legal fees to sue him (over $200K at the exchange rate back then).

    2) They were only married 3 years and had one child together and they raised another child SHE BROUGHT INTO THE RELATIONSHIP FROM ANOTHER MARRIAGE.  She is asking for £2 million.

    – Ahhh the golden vagina strikes again.

    3) Ms Wyatt never married but had 2 children with a subsequent partner.

    – Are you seeing a pattern with her?

    4) “In 1995, she contacted the Child Support Agency, only to receive abuse from her former husband when it began to investigate his finances. In a statement to court, she said ‘I couldn’t cope with the stress caused by him. I asked them to stop the assessment because I feared Dale would become violent towards me’.”

    – An oh-so-common tactic with divorce, claiming “abuse” with no actual proofs, facts or precedence.  She was badgering him for money, and he told her to bugger off.  And yet she couldn’t cope with “stress” caused by “him” even though she was the one who created this mess.

    5) “They had a child, but separated in 1984 and divorced in 1992; neither retained any documents from the case, and the solicitors’ files from the time have since been destroyed. ”

    – KEEP YOUR COURT PAPERWORK FROM THE DIVORCE.  This case is proceeding because a court ordered settlement decree is no longer available and now there is question whether settlement was proper or fair (even though it is agreed that both had virtually no assets at time of divorce).  Added to this is a peculiarity of divorce in UK where a “it is possible to obtain a divorce without resolving financial issues” leaving a bit of loose string that leads to later actions like this.  Thank goodness US divorce court mandates a legal split of assets that doesn’t create ambiguity.

    6) “Ms Wyatt was able to make the claim because in family law cases, unlike in the civil courts where the time limit for most actions is three years, or six years for personal injury claims, there is no time limit for a former spouse to bring a financial lawsuit.”

    – That is just plain stupid and unjust, showing example of how the system exposes men unfairly.

One other observation about this:  I spent two years in England and can attest to the generous welfare system there referred to as the dole.  There are literally generations of people that live on the dole in nice government built communities.  The more children you have, the more money you get.  I encountered young woman on the dole trying to get pregnant just for the extra money.  By my count, she has four children and therefore getting a decent cheque.  This is a pure money grab.

@CPTO, Here in the U.S. we have section 8 housing, low income developments, all developed by tax payer dollars. It’s exacerbated with this poor performing economy. The cities in New England are filled with economic trogen horses, 50 years breeding like rabbits, destroying life in the city, not to mention the cross cut drop in our standard of living, we’re taxed endlessly to support this leaching.

The spirit of New England looks anemic and pale as a ghost. The former glory and grandiose of this place is lost and decaying. Preservation is impossible, when we create our own starving people by feeding them fish, instead of teaching them to fish.

We now have lost generations, numbering in the millions, feminism rules! Hip Hip Hooray, we are now ruined….

The same thing happens in Australia, (they don’t create so much low cost housing here) they put bludgers (people living off welfare for life) into standard housing paid for by the government, so now we have entire generations growing up fatherless, rudderless and f~~~ing entitled!

AND they wonder why the government is going broke even after one of the highest tax takes in the world (bar Scandinavian countries).

The harder the fight the sweeter the victory
