Biological solutions to the male sex drive by Cheeky Bastard

There are ways reduce testosterone levels without side-effects by eating liquorice. A lot of nuts contain proto-hormonal reagents so avoid most types of nuts. Peanuts are okay so are macadamia nuts and almond nuts.

Reducing testosterone. Reducing testosterone has an immediate benefit the only time it becomes harmful to men is when oestrogen levels get high. So follow the instructions below.

    •Reduce caffeine intake

•To reduce testosterone eat liquorice/aniseed but you should not be going through more than 100 g in two days.

•Try monk’s pepper or Chaste tree berry (Vitex Agnus-Castus) from your local health food shop

    •Try Chamomile tea after midday

•Avoid anything containing soy, soya milk things that contain proto-oestrogen.

•And a void drinking from certain types of plastic that have oestrogenic compounds in them. Plastics containing the chemical bisphenol-a (BPA) and PET. Also store water in aluminium containers for short periods (e.g. running) instead of plastic or for long terms glass contains only.

If you can maintain this you can reduce testosterone and reduce oestrogenic intake this will work but it will take a lot of discipline.

Reducing stimulation of the hypothalamus reducing anxiety/frustration

    •Chamomile tea

Treatments for anxiety/frustration that have side-effects of drowsiness for following

    •Diazepam

    •Valium

Things that increase anxiety/frustration and unwonted stimulation of the thalamus

    •Reduce caffeine

•Reduce or stop taking Ritalin if the doses are high

•High stressed workplace that is not interrupted with breaks. One minute meditation every two hours is advised in high stressed jobs. Just close your eyes and focus on breathing just for a minute will reduce stress markedly.

•Trazodone can be aggressively stimulating making you frustrated and increasing your libido

Only In the most extreme cases SSRIs or NSSRIs SSRIs are Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors can be used between the ages of 18 to 25.

This class includes Prozac Sertraline; Citalopram; Escitalopram; Paroxetine; Fluoxetine; Fluvoxamine. These will make you put on weight so if you’re conscious about your body this may not be an option at all, especially if you’re over 26 years of age.

SSRIs are Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors reduce anxiety and Lobito remarkably but the problem with that treatment is you put on large amounts of fat due to the reduction in metabolism. So you need to work out regularly to maintain toned body image.

Uhmmn… reducing testosterone also makes you turn into a mangina… and low testosterone also causes a whole swarm of other health problems.

By not reading the instructions you have basically deterred people from instructions on how to have better quality of life. This is irresponsible behaviour. By posting under false assumption you deter people from reading the instructions correctly.

There was nowhere in the post did I say you were doing away with testosterone. That is rather ludicrous when you think about it.

I’ve been without Internet for a week so I haven’t been able to respond.
And this is what you’re missing.

Lowering testosterone levels is what you doing you are not as I said in the first one doing away with testosterone you only lowering it between five and 1 to 5% which is enough to help you take back control of your sexual desires.

I said no more than 100 g of liquorice over two days.

What will turn you into Mangina is drinking a whole heap of the female hormone oestrogen in soya milk and plastic. That is far more dangerous than a little bit of liquorice and other things.

There’s no way that any of these medical suggestions will harm you in any way. Please everybody read the instructions correctly don’t make assumptions please. For the medications mentioned in the document all need prescriptions and you would have to go to your doctor to get them so therefore your doctor will make sure you don’t take interactive medication.

In the original post I addressed all these concerns, so making a comment on half the information doesn’t help the course for all of us.
