This could just be my opinion, but I think Scott Herman of Scott Herman Fitness is the best workout channel on YouTube. If you want or need to lose weight and make gains and stay healthy, I suggest watching his thousand or so available videos. I believe in him, because, well, he has the body type as proof, he owns his own fitness studio and online business and has over 1.3M followers. He has meal plans, exercise videos, apparel and much more.

If you want to learn about fitness and health, I suggest you check out his YouTube channel at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEtMRF1ywKMc4sf3EXYyDzw

Or you can check out his business website at Muscular Strength: http://muscularstrength.com/

I thinking about performing some of those workouts tomorrow at the gym and give it a try.

I suggest you check out Layne Norton, he is one of my go-to experts, on nutrition especially. He is very sciene heavy, and good at debunking alot of these dogmatic diet myths(low carb, clean eating ect.). He has a YT channel, but also many articles published in various magazines.

by far and away the best 2 are Omar Isuf and Alan Thrall. No-bulls~~~ solid advice from guys who don’t take steroids to make themselves more marketable. Both funny guys as well.

Greg Nuckols is also great if you’re gonna be doing powerlifting
