Hello guys!
I used to be able to buy Bitcoins anonymously at an ATM inserting cash. But a law has been passed and now all Bitcoin ATMs ask for identification.
I am in the UK, but I am sure that this problem is common to many countries and many MGTOW.What are the best ways to buy Bitcoins anonymously?
About my motivation for asking:
I wish to donate to various people, but I would like to do it anonymously, because I expect the world to become an even worse place in the future and payment records are kept forever. Also, on a related topic, why does MGTOW.com not allow for Bitcoin payments?
I mean, Stripe does it automatically: it is only about adding a simple Yes/No setting on the Stripe button’s javascript.I hope that this site is hacker-proof, by the way. I know that, by using Stripe, this site does not keep our credit card records but just an authorization token. Still I would feel better if it accepted Bitcoins.
other then machines best way is in person you can download various phone apps that link bitcon buyers vs sellers and you meet in person I don’t know how sketchy you are or what you need them for but I also suggest a bitcoin washer or cleaner again you can download a bitcoin cleaner it will group random bitcoins together in then groups them randomly out so you still have 1 full bitcoin but it will be 10% this one 10% that one etc. I personally use “mycelium” also for a added layer you get a s~~~ty phone but/transfer bitcoin from that mycelium bit wallet and phone then transfer it to your real mycelium wallet/phone so you ll have an extra step of layering. Please note bitcoins are worth a lot and some of the vendors can be sketchy make sure you meet up in a well lit safe public place.

Go to localbitcoins.com and find a trader that’s willing to accept physical cash. Go meet him/her.
Make a small transaction with the trader and make friends. This first transaction will go through localbitcoins.com escrow service.
Ask the trader for their number and if you can just call them directly next time. 90% are cool with that. Call them from a burner phone if you’re super paranoid.
Also for Keymaster: You can accept Bitcoin donations for free by setting up an account with Bitpay.com If you recieve less then 100 donations per month there’s no charge and they will convert the bitcoin to dollars for you instantly so you don’t have to deal with bitcoins if you dont want to.
You can also set it up so 50% comes in as USD and 50% comes in the form of BTC- or any other percentage you’d like. If you do so, I’d totally send you a sizable bitcoin donation to start you off. I’d love to support the site financially but I don’t want to be on a recurring subscription…

Reason why they’re cracking down on the bitcoin ATM’s it’s for AML (anti money laundry) FATCA laws. Please don’t buy off random craigslist/kijiji kind of sites, also as long as you’re not trying to buy millions of dollars worth of bitcoin I wouldn’t stress.

One caveat about the sites if you’re a ghost you don’t want to login with ID/banking info etc some sites what you to have banking info/credit card info set up with the apps you can completely ghost/hide money from x wife.

Personally I just buy off exchanges because it’s cheaper and easier. I take a small amount and “mix” them on a site like bitmixer.io to anonymize them. Use TOR and mix them multiple times if you’re extra paranoid.
I primarily use them as a savings vehicle, so when I go to sell them from time to time it’s nice and convinent to use a regulated, insured exchange. I’m not trying to evade the IRS or anything crazy like that. I’m more then happy to pay my fair share of capital gains taxes, so it’s nice that the exchanges have a record of my txs when tax time comes.
People like to get butthurt and say “the governments are tracking you” blah blah blah. Meanwhile they have fiat bank accounts- so not only is the government tracking them even more- they don’t even have control of their funds.
Never keep all your wealth on another mans mysql database. Use an air-gap machine or buy a hardware wallet if you have lots of coins.

Good call. I seen that feature on Mycellium but never used it. Very cool.
Luckily I have no exwife or current wife to hide money from! Fleshlight isn’t gonna wallet-rape me anytime soon!

Another tip- Check out meetup.com and look for a local bitcoin meetup. They exist everywhere and you can usually find a friend or 2 that’s willing to make a cash-trade with ya.

I don’t have any experience with bitcoin. I’m thinking it’s possible to have multiple accounts. So I can learn on one with a little money and then keep refining the process until I am confident and can go off-grid. Cause I would eventually like to have a savings in bitcoins. Just in case the dollar becomes worthless. (Already here in California the state has hit up close to ten friends for back taxes from 15+ years ago. Giving final notices when there were no previous notices. Taking money out of investment plans from the elderly that are too old to know what is going on. My tax man says it has been happening to many of his customers and friends too. That apparently the state is hiring contractors that somehow profit by how much they collect…)
Anyways I just joined a couple of bitcoin meetups. I’ll put some effort into learning this tech.

I would caution massing wealth in bitcoins, as its unregulated and prices tend to be very volatile to Mark to market forces you could see huge swings in price and that could affect you if you need the cash, best thing it’s for layering and laundering funds and buying products that are not traceable and have intrinsic value. gold/silver/ etc.
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/marktomarket.asp
Mark to market explained its last price +/- current price example you could have bought for 100 bucks but price swings down to 70 you just lost 30 bucks per bitcoin. I’ve seen it swing 100’s in a few days.https://www.moneylaundering.ca/public/law/3_stages_ML.php
Layering and laundering incase you know you’re about to get taken to the cleaners in a divorce liquidate buy bitcoins open offshore account or find a seg fund company that is incorporated offshore they have offices locally. Give them ID but sign a NR-17 form claiming you are a non resident give bogus address not in the US. Then sell the bitcoins have the monies deposited into you seg fund account boom bitch wont touch your cash, meantime to explain the money being gone you book a trip to vegas say to spent it on hookers/gambling and booze.Aloha means family you don't leave family behind. Few points:
I’m thinking it’s possible to have multiple accounts.
There are no “accounts” in bitcoin, unless you keep your money on someone elses computer, like you do with a bank. In Bitcoin, there are “keys”, which are essentially just random numbers. It’s very much like swiss banking used to operate, with numbered accounts.
You can generate the numbers yourself or use a device such as a Trezor Hardware Wallet.
This is what a set of bitcoin keys look like:
Public Key: 1Pjg628vjMLBvADrPHsthtzKiryM2y46DG
Private Key: 7gdu8YB7dhsl267chslUslaYBE392jdls9304dosoUslY2Sl
The public key is where you send coins too. And the private key is your password for moving/spending the funds. There is no identity attached to your keys if you do it right. These numbers can be generated on an air-gapped computer so they are unhackable if they do not get exposed to an internet environment.
The public key can be made public so you can recieve funds. In fact- if you download a bitcoin wallet on your phone and figure out how to use it, I’ll send you a small amount of millibits to get you started so you can play around with it. Post your public key and I’ll send you a buck.
Just in case the dollar becomes worthless.
I don’t think the dollar is going anywhere for at least a few decades- though it will obviously continue to lose value. A lot of people think bitcoin/gold is a “world comes to an end” investment. The world can keep plugging on and Bitcoin will continue to do well (although it will remain volatile for a while).
The reason is because people in places like venezuala, india, china, russia, africa, etc need something like bitcoin to survive in some cases. Also it’s being used by drug dealers, prostitutes, internet gambling, etc etc. Whether we like it or not, it will be used for money laundering and black market activities. Which is a huge multi-trillion dollar market….
Once El Chapo and friends down in Mexico discover Bitcoin, it could easily reach a $1 Trillion+ market cap, which would put each coin at around $50,000 US. 1 trillion dollars is a drop in the bucket- global currency markets are a $71 trillion market. So irregardless of financial collapse or what the dollar does- bitcoin will keep plugging away.
I’d be typing all day to really explain this complex technology, so do your research and check out a meetup. I’m sure you will find plenty of info out there- although it may take a few months and some playing around to really understand it on a deep level.

That offer extends to anyone that’s lurking out there and is curious. Download a bitcoin wallet like Mycellium on your smartphone and post your public key.
I will send you a dollar via bitcoin- anonymously through this forum. Pretty amazing huh?
That way you can play around with it and get a feel for the technology.

Blockchain technology is gonna destroy low level admin jobs for example it’s all just a puzzle pretty much when banks or companies send documents back and forth for payments all they are saying financial details or terms a b c blah blah are included approved etc. So I know for a fact all the large banks have product teams trying to figure out a blockchain form or document whereas Bank a sends Bank b a form fills out the puzzle or required info that would destroy tons of low level admin jobs no verification no payment groups etc. Banks have been laundering money for clients for ages but they call it Hedge funds/seg funds Etc. Entry to the game is paying high fees as long as the banks make money nobody cares.
You don’t see any women in blockchain technology or creating anything like bitcoin but they want equal job representation with our work representation….

God I hope so. Anyone working in a bank has absolutely no morals and will rip your guts out if told they had to do it.
Hope they all get canned.
