This post is merely an observation, not a call to action.
I’ve noticed some interesting benefits to my life that have resulted from reading and posting on this site which I would like to share. The obvious benefits of course include learning about the red pill, gynocentrism, and the dangers of marriage, as well as sharing thoughts about these topics with others. However, here are some hidden effects that I have just begun to realize:
READING:
1. VOCABULARY: Though I’ve been red pill as long as I can remember, reading and watching MGTOW materials have given me an extensive vocabulary to discuss concepts which I long understood but had no name for. Whatever MGTOW really IS from an ontological standpoint (philosophy, lifestyle, movement, etc.), a basic vocabulary is essential to have meaningful discussions about it. Terms and definitions like “Briffault’s Law” and “NAWALT,” as well as culturally derived terms like “Going Galt” and “The Red Pill” enable conversation by encapsulating certain concepts for convenient discourse.
2. SOLIDARITY: Red pilled men typically suffer extreme cognitive dissonance resulting from the fact that, as far as they know, NO ONE ELSE can see what they see (this was the case for me, at any rate). When you’re the only one who sees the elephant in the room, your mind may trick you into considering the possibility that YOU’RE the one who’s crazy. Knowing that there are so many other men out there who see what you see gives you stronger conviction and puts your mind at ease.
3. STOCK RESPONSES: Stock responses are a great way to shut up fools who are running their mouths spouting all the bulls~~~ feminist cliches they’ve been brainwashed with their entire lives. While I’m not encouraging discourse with white knights and feminists (you’re just painting a target on your back), stock responses can quickly end conversations beginning with questions like “why don’t you have a girlfriend?” For example, regarding the old multitasking cliche, my stock response has always been Dick Masterson’s elegant quip (see my signature). Since exposing myself to MGTOW, I’ve learned some other great ones (KM’s “don’t make me multilaugh” and TFM’s “better at multitasking is a euphemism for more scatterbrained”).
POSTING:
While I’ve always been a “no f~~~s given” type of guy (as anyone who knows me personally can attest to), it’s still something I struggle with. Our lizard brains are programmed to seek approval, so learning to measure your worth by your own standard instead of by society’s requires overcoming some very basic biological instincts. I’ve found that posting my true thoughts and opinions on this site (which will get me killed or imprisoned in real life, if overheard by any white knights or feminists) has actually helped me give fewer f~~~s in real life as well.
Voicing your thoughts, even if it’s just over the internet, helps to solidify your convictions. If a thought remains in your head, you don’t have to take responsibility for it; however, once you voice it, you have to be ready to stand by it (which may lead to confrontation) or to recant it (if someone proves you wrong). Either way, you have to accept responsibility for it, which means you have more skin in the game.
Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.
I can relate to 1 and 3 perfectly.

I’ve also noticed a marked difference in my life and thought patterns since I joined mgtow.com and started participating.
I found that many of the thoughts I couldn’t clearly express or even frame were spelled out and explained beautifully by one member or another, not counting those thoughts that hadn’t hit me. And the new vocabulary I’ve learned makes it expedient to clarify my thoughts or intent.
Although I had my own ideas, many of the reasons for the War on Men were explained to my satisfaction and clarified many of the nonsensical events I had witnessed prior to joining.Our lizard brains are programmed to seek approval, so learning to measure your worth by your own standard instead of by society’s requires overcoming some very basic biological instincts.
And mgtow.com helped me with that as well. Through the great threads that members have started and the videos that Keymaster made available I was able to undo the conditioning and see and understand my own standards were more than enough to measure myself against.

Well, although I know y’all are also seeing that big f~~~ing elephant it hasn’t helped my mental state but those of you who know me won’t hold that against me.

So true. Just having a verbal framework for our experience is great. Matrix references are so apt.

So true. Sitting at the bar with some friends this week was painful. Comments like “you should see such and such an action movie, it’s really good and it doesn’t have the misogyny of a lot of action films.” The same dude also thinks #metoo was a good thing and was happy they were going after Roy Moore. He is a guy I respect and who is an incredible guy in every other way but who is so blue pill it feels like he is running a cheese grater over my face. It’s getting harder to stomach daily conversation with the blue pill world.
3. STOCK RESPONSES:

I was asked a very similar question by “the guys” the other night. “Do you have a girlfriend and why not”. I instantly replied that I have been happy as a single guy for the past year and I’d rather pay an “honest woman” if I need my pole smoked. Sometimes MGTOW.com gives you the b~~~~ to be the c~~~ you need to be:)

It is good to know I’m not the only guy out there that realizes everybody else is crazy.
Everyday above ground is a good one. Everyday above ground while single...better still.
I told my psychologist all about men going their own way and showed him the website and a few of my posts and he had an interesting take on it.
He is my age, 57.
In his opinion this is like group therapy for men who have been through similar experiences and are learning to deal with them.
Younger men are here who don’t want to repeat the errors of their elder men who’s lives they’ve seen going completely wrong even as children.
I think there are many reasons to need MGTOW.com.

Apart from comforting and supporting the suicidal, this is probably the most important reason for MGTOW.com’s existence.
The politically correct are destroying the language of rebellion and stifling original thought just as INGSOC did in Orwells 1984.
The politically correct view matches a quote from the movie: “The destruction of words is a beautiful thing.” Those who control the language, control the population.

Amen to that, Can’t Stump Trump! This MGTOW site (and MGTOW videos on YouTube) has provided a library of information that I can use to upgrade my existence.
“Ghosting” is a valuable term I’ve discovered from the forum posts. I’ve learned the value of detaching myself from the insanity around me and being focused on MYSELF and what I want out of life. It’s a great strategy for winning.
I recommend that new MGTOWs ask questions and get advice from the experienced men who’ve been in the front lines of the gynocentric war and survived. Their wisdom is priceless.

I found a lot of things on my own.I had to keep them to my self as too many people I knew were same and named called if they said anything by every female they talked to .They were name called and sucked it up.It was their cross to bare. This is a space to take and exchange knowledge with others and through knowledge is strenght.
