Speed to 10:34 to start listening about the benefits of matcha.

Link that backs up some of hes claims: http://matchasource.com/health-benefits-of-matcha-tea/

There are many kinds of tea and they all are different in their levels of antioxidants.

Remember that taking supplements and vitamins is not enough, you have to make sure to put in your body necessary metals or minerals like Iron, Zinc, Copper, Magnesium, etc….

These metals are essential to the body and well you guess it, your body is a mass of water, metals will rust so you have to put antioxidants in your body otherwise your cells begin to rust of oxidative damage, this can cause organ failure, death of cells, organs going bad, terminal illnesses and also cancer because cells will loose their perfect shape and will try to “reshape” themselves by attempting to grow larger.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxidative_stress

This is why levels of cancer are relatively low in places where GOOD QUALITY tea is highly consumed, also tea makes it a perfect replacement for coffee since the caffeine in it can be considered (slow release), where coffee’s caffeine affects the body the more of it you consume in a day.

Beer is better than tea for the soul, tea for after meals, beer for after a hard day.

Nope, i start my days with tea and oatmeal, my best friend who would have agreed in the past with your comment now has a fatty liver and is getting close to having diabetes (because he used to drink a lot).

Beer turns into —> carbohydrates —-> sugar

People in the states get enough beer as it is, bad 1 dollar beer anyways, what people need is more wine, tea and other drinks or juices with antioxidants.

Don’t become the next guy that has to p~~~ in a tube or bucket, my best friend did it and he will tell you it wasn’t fun or good for hes “soul”.

Beer is good to wind down, but don’t make that p~~~ water your daily habit.

Maybe I should seriously really look into this, even though where I live people claim beer to be considered a part of “general basic groceries”… … hmmm.

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC

I use cheap Beer to clean my chicken and pork before i put it to the grill, Alcohol kills most of the bacteria and is cheaper than using vinegar or apple cider.

I am not bashing beer and i am not here to tell men what to do and what not to do, i want them to do their research and be conscious about their choices, in the U.S. we have enough sick people as it is with cancer, diabetes and terminal. Don’t be another drop in the bucket or Another statistic.

I still do enjoy Craft beer with my neighbors when we get together and grill and talk about life you know. Here in Florida we are blessed with Funky Buddha and their craft beer.

I used to drink a lot of green tea.
I brew my own Kombucha now, with black tea, so I don’t want to overdo it.

I will have to look that up, thanks pedal!, have you ever heard of Yerba Mate? That’s like tea from South America specifically Brazil, but other South American countries consume different kinds of that tea.

I want to get into good Oolong teas from china, but they are expensive! and the set up to brew them is also expensive, so i am saving my time for now and enjoying Japanese teas.

Everything in moderation, to much wine can be bad for you just like to much beer. It should be a reward after a long week and not a daily ritual. You shouldn’t drink more than 3 times a week unless you’re on vacation.

Tea is much better than coffee and I think I might try drinking it for a month as a replacement because I’m chronically addicted. Any suggestions for what kind is affordable and good for you? How can you tell cheap s~~~ for actual good tea. I’ve gotten cheap s~~~ before by accident.

Stay away from tea bags, always buy loose tea, always be prepared to spend about 6-12 dollars for 100 grams of good quality tea, the good thing about tea is that you can stretch it for a month or two from just 100 grams if you are smart.

Most of the teas at your stores are crap, you really have to look at the brands and double check them online with your phone for reviews before you make your purchase. In your case i would recommend Matcha because one cup of Matcha can have the same amount of caffeine as 3 cups of coffee, steamed green tea has the highest concentration of caffeine, but the trade off for that caffeine is that you get a chemical called L-theanine in abundance, L-theanine changes your alpha brain waves in your brain making it easier to concentrate, lower brain fog, help you study better, help you meditate better, helps you relax better and we even take matcha before we go to sleep in my house.

Here’s the seller i get my stuff from japan, the prices are a little high but damn the tea is just good, cultivated at high latitudes and harvested fresh, when you get to open the bag he sends you it is an experience of its own to smell fresh lovely tea. This seller offers free international shipping, 10 percent off your first order and hes stuff usually gets to you in 7-9 days, Quality son!.
