Even though i’m not surprised being MGTOW I have had a few guys use him as an example to dismiss my point and now I will be very eager to say the words “I told ya so”. When will men ever get it,you dont need the state in your love affairs.

Never lose sight of what brought you here.

She’s made a good amount of money as well and I hope for his sake she isn’t a greedy c~~~. I never liked the guy but I don’t want to see him become a victim of divorce rape.

Hopefully he got his fill of that pussy.

Nice. Their 10th year Anniversary was on MONDAY?? Convenient. In the state of California, that means she gets lifetime alimony. And no pre-nuptual agreement? He should have dumped her before Sunday and saved himself a HEAP of trouble.

Wow, after 10 years of marriage, a woman can demand lifetime alimony?

Guess the next friend, who gets married gets a “death watch” from me, ticking down from 10 years of their registration.

She doesn’t need to demand it, the lawyers will claw their way to getting it for her. It’s the law – even if the bitch earns her own millions. Why do you think she waited 10 years and one day? Just like Kobe Bryant’s bitch wife. Waited exactly 10 years too. It was even public.

I have a friend of 25 years – and it was the last wedding I ever attended – in 2006. We have been friends since before puberty for Christ’s sake. The guy was flopping sweat during the ceremony like you wouldn’t believe and everyone was laughing like it was “cute”. Except me. The bride didn’t even lean in with concern… she was all “Awwww poor thing”. Make me f~~~ing sick to witness. His brother ran to get him a TOWEL. No exaggeration!!! The bride just stood there like “can we hurry this along? I’m hungry.”.

That’s my friend we are talking about. His wife doesn’t like me very much because I’m a free thinker and she can’t get away with s~~~ around me. She tries to keep us apart every chance she gets. Their 10 years is coming up next year. Tick tock Tick tock. He’s gonna get f~~~ed. And he;’s the type of person who just wouldn’t see the tornado until his house is blown away like WTF???

One day my phone will ring and it will be him. We had a bit of a falling out last time I saw him because his wife did a great job of alienating all his friends. Just p~~~es me off. He already emailed em about 3 years ago and asked me if I could change all of his email & computer passwords so his wife couldn’t read his messages anymore. I’m thinking WOW great marriage you two have. Don’t envy him in the slightest.

The woman can demand it but does not mean she will automatically get it, the court decides. But yes, after 10 years of marriage, the marriage is considered “long term” and the courts have indefinite jurisdiction. So that is until the wife dies or remarries. If she falls on hard times or gets sick, the court can increase your alimony payment. Neat eh?

I’m sure Jen’s agenda is the same as every other woman out there. It’s all about ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME.

I’m sure the c~~~ waited exactly 10 years before she dropped the bomb on him to claim lifetime alimony.

Sucks for him, but he has (and will have enough if his Batman is good) money to pay her off for the rest of her life anyway.

I’m sure Ben will be pumpin’ and dumpin’ after this one!

Batman was never supposed to get married, he is supposed to be the pinnacle of RP & GYOW. This will just help Ben get into the role better. Hehehe.

I know that’s harsh but I never really liked Ben Affleck as a person. He can act well and direct decently but as a person, he is not very likeable. Especially after the stunt he pulled with Bill Maher and Sam Harris about Islam.

Affleck has always come across as a bit of bitch anyway.

I had thought she was doing the Capital One ads for other reasons, that trying to size up the next man she would get interested in.  I guess I might be wrong:

I believe that it actually is taxable income if you are receiving alimony at least according to this IRS website.

    http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc452.html

If you are the spouse or former spouse who is receiving the alimony, you must report the full amount as income on your Form 1040

I’m back from reading up on this on TMZ. Her representatives are alleging he is a drunk and degenerate gambler. She has him over a barrel all right.

Some rich guys don’t have a care when it comes to marriage, but those are the ones who should be afraid.

It doesn’t matter how much money is in the bank; when a woman is not satisfied then prepare for the worse.

So since women are mostly never satisfied I know to stay away from marriage.

    It’s a lose/lose situation.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Let Ben act more like Bruce Wayne in real life lol. Robert Downey Jr is basically Tony Stark in real life and now Ben Affleck can be the real Bruce Wayne lol. I really hope WB does some damage control though because we don’t need Ben’s name being tarnished less then a year before Batman v Superman.

Today VOGUE Magazine asks “why do we care about Ben & Garners divorce”??

    http://www.vogue.com/13277555/ben-affleck-jennifer-garner-divorce/

Is Vogue asking “why do we care??” Why do they care that a certain shade of green is “in” one season and out the next. We care about their divorce because she waited 10 years and one day to announce. And for Miss Garner, that means “lifetime alimony”… even though she makes her own millions. Their 10 years anniversary was Monday. They announce it on Tuesday. He should have dumped her before Sunday and saved himself a HEAP of trouble. That’s why we care. Is it CLEAR now?

I would have charged Ben Affleck only one million for the advice to divorce her one month ago.
That advice would have paid for itself many times over.

Two hack Hollywood actors getting divorced?  Who cares?

Affleck’s always been a lousy actor.  If you want to see just about bad, take a look at one of his earliest movies, Dazed and Confused.
