I’m in my mid 40’s, I’ve been a participant here for just under a year. I reside in Rustbelt, USA.
I stayed away from women in my teens and 20’s as far as ‘relationships’ and focused on my career. I did a few short relationships, but nothing that cost me a lot. I saved a lot of money and enjoyed myself. I disliked what I saw in most of them, solipsism, constant small talk, lack of intellectual curiosity and goals.
I then lived with a woman in my 30’s, married in my early 40’s and divorced only 2 years later. I have no kids, and did not get the usual financial divorce rape — so I am one lucky bastard. Bullet. Dodged. At this point, I’ve totally sworn off marriage.
I joined because of all the honesty on here. I know so many divorced men who have to pay out the ass and have had their lives messed up, literally having their retirements taken away and having to work an extra decade for the former wifey. I’m also disgusted by women contacting me, after detonating the divorce grenade on their husband, wanting to get together with me or put out feelers, just because I’m moderately successful. I don’t want to be their next Beta Chump.
I also tried to build a business with a woman, bad idea. If she isn’t already successful on her own, and you are, don’t do a joint venture. Common sense really if you think with your ‘big head’.
I have absolute zero interest in dating women, who typically ask ‘What do you do for a living?’ to see how fat the wallet is. Having read The Manipulated Man, I’ve swallowed enough Red Pills for a lifetime.
I’m disgusted by the way the mainstream media portrays men and what has happened to the campuses — ‘rape culture’, ‘safe spaces’, ‘speech codes’, etc.
In my free time I like to exercise, read, learn new things, and watch sci-fi. Lexx, Blake’s 7, Stargate SG-1 are some of my all-time favorites. I’m also interested in computers and process control system programming/PLC’s/DCS’s.
thanks for your story and all of your wise contributions to this forum
Cheers.MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.
Welcome, and congratulations on dodging that bullet!
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
Welcome. Nice to know at least one man escaped marriage unscathed.
Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

No point saying welcome considering we have seen you kicking around the forum for a while now.
However just from a personal perspective, I’m glad that you are another one of us who saw the light and came through
relatively intact in body, mind and not dirt poor from the female experience.
Cheer’s mate.
Anonymous0Welcome Brother
Congratulations on taking the red pill! Welcome!
Welcome.
Blake 7 that brings back memories. Specifically Avon almost the greatest thief in the galaxy if only he hadn’t trusted the woman he loved.
Welcome FrankOne. I have thoroughly enjoyed our discussions thus far and am glad to have you in this community. I too, detest solipsism. I’m sure I’ve worn out making references to Mark Passio by now, but he is also a steadfast detractor of it. If you haven’t seen his conference on Natural Law, I highly recommend it. I posted the video in the philosophy section.
Anonymous18I hope you get to disappoint many leeches. That’s a woman past-30 with a long list of ‘jerks’ now looking for a husband.
A parasite is usually a single mother or a woman who divorced her husband for new inventory.
Man isn’t it really satisfying seeing that look on a woman’s face and in your mind thinking ‘not in a million years’.
Love the wall for crashing in to these princesses.
Belated Welcome FrankOne!

I have two cars and the chicks that parks in the next spot admired one of them, then she saw me pull up in the other one which I swap out when the weather is nice. She never started a conversation before although she parks right next to me, but this time she’s all chatter box and asks “so what do you do?”. I just stared at her and thought “why don’t you just ask me the question you want to ask”.
