For me, my introduction to MGTOW/Red Pill was a result of falling in love a few times without having enough money. Society gives men the idea that if they love truly with honesty, good character and truth that things will “work out because it is love.”

I saw on more than one occasion that this was bulls~~~. I also found that society on one hand will say “go have hope and love, it is not about money,” but then if you do so and it doesn’t work because of not having enough money, they change the tune to “you stupid little f~~~~~, why don’t you have a better job, you expect a woman in your life?” See what I mean? I saw that society puts for mantras for both the believer, and the disillusioned. They say to the believer “have hope it is not about money,” then they say to the disillusioned, “You stupid f~~~~~, why did you believe such naive s~~~?”

I also saw that monkey branching was what they do on a routine basis directly as a result of financial status. I was actually a believer at one point. I was satisfied with less than most are. For me, growing up as a loner, I was always grateful for companionship and satisfied just with the company and sex alone. I didn’t need more and more and more and more and more. The link between finances and “love” killed it for me. It made everything a transaction in a brothel and I lost respect for the dream. In my opinion, the union of man and woman has been perverted into a commodity. Just my belief, I believe there is an ideal, but women have left their posts where they should be standing with men in families.

If you talk about the reality regarding the link between companionship with women and money, they either say “it’s not about money, dream dream dream” or “you stupid little f~~~~~ c~~~~~~~~~ you should be ashamed of yourself.”

I had a deep ethical problem with the idea of needing to upgrade finances to support a standard of living I didn’t care for, just for “love.” I found the idea to be offensive. I can do with less, because I have hobbies that I can enjoy without all the extra property and responsibility. I have a very real idea of actual love that transcends materialism. However, women have no interest in this.

For example, living in an apartment just big enough, and having only the food that you need to live… not good enough. For women, you need all this excess space and superficial entertainment. This is how I learned they don’t love us the same, because if they did, the companionship and sex would be a high enough on its own. For men, the companionship and sex was enough, for women, not a chance.

The situation with the money/ love deception was something that fooled me for too long. Even with the numerous doses of reality and red pills I wanted “unicorns” to be real. I wanted my “soul mate.”

This is the language of blue pill programming. It starts at a young age and is hammered into a man’s consciousness so much, that it becomes internalized.

Yeah women can smell money just by how you look. Nothing turns them off like being frugal and just getting what you need or refusing to take a bad deal when you know there is much better, and you are just paying for the name or to purchase it at a fancy place.

I learned to get by on my own, and learned to get by when I was not making much. When I made more, I continued these habits…and was invisible to women that would none the less try to suck every last dollar out of their poor ass boyfriend. Once a woman actually knew a little of what I had (usually they didn’t believe me) they would up their spending needs. Never let them know how much you COULD spend if you wanted to, as they will try to use it all. Now that I make even more money, I considered looking up what the proper clubbing clothes were and put on that rich boy look that I see others having…but then again, do I really want gold diggers to think I have cash to blow on them?

My ex-wife’s husband told me that he really wasn’t as low on cash as his wife and daughters thought he was. He said he actually had like 50k in savings, but that he kept them in the dark because if they knew, they would never stop begging and nagging that they “need” s~~~ until it was all gone. They thought he was barely affording the house, that was nice by the way in a fancy neighborhood, and the nice 2 cars, and the groceries (all good meats all the time) that he had. Think about that…they didn’t really need him to have even half that s~~~ but pushed for more until they thought it spent his whole paycheck. He actually put his wife on one of those cards that you put money into before it can be used, a f~~~ing allowance! She said that she had tried a regular credit card but “went way over” on it, and he physically tore it up. The guy had a temper too…I bet he put her in her f~~~ing place just knowing the guy. Told her never to get one again or he would dump her out on the street in the bad part of town with no phone.

If you aren’t willing to hide your finances, keep a bitch on a leash, and put her ass in check, then she will bankrupt you and probably move on to the next one. I don’t know why he didn’t kick them to the curb way before it got to this point…like before having kids. I kicked his daughter to the curb, but I see where she got it from…her spoiled brat mother.

You are in a good spot now to not worry what other women or men think for that matter. Live how you think you should no need to stress out over money. If you want a bigger house, better hobbies, cars then get a higher paying job but if you don’t need that no one is going to look down on you for not wanting those things. Live life how you want and you will be set don’t let other people shame you to do better. I was a disillusioned dreamer too. I’m from India and though our society didn’t say “you stupid c~~~~~~~~~, you should be ashamed of yourself” directly…. they put it in a sweet and ‘understanding’ way…but it meant the same thing. Something in the lines of “Beta! If you don’t grow rich, how will you ever find a wife? If you do find a wife, how can you please her?”

Basically in our society, men are ‘taught to be afraid’ of ‘being poor’ and ‘doing what he wants/his freedom’ by propagating the idea that self-interest is a sin.

Helping others is essential; but giving up the reins of your life to society, and, particularly, a woman? NO! Not at all considerable.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
