Up until recently I have been extremely masculine and aggressive.

Doing what I want, having good body language, speaking deeper, and I got a sick ass beard.

When ever I’m getting anxiety, act dominant.
When ever I get nervous, act dominant.
When ever I speak, speak dominantly.
    Etc.

Life becomes much less boring when you routinely are serving a role that matches your body.

It also achieves a feeling of elevation as everyone around you is not doing the same.

Right when you get out of the gym and you’ve got that testosterone flowing try and match that feeling as close as you can with everything you do.

    Just an observation.

Say what you want, do what you want, with ambition.

Dominance and aggressiveness is not the same thing. One can be dominant without even lifting a finger, if they know how to. Such a simply ignoring someone that craves your attention, and having them come to your for something, with you being on control of the negotiation.

Yes thats true but it is possible to act both. I’m not at a time in my life where I have to worry about being being polite to most people.
