Anonymous42He talks way to slow and pauses way too long! He’ll never make it as an auctioneer or radio disclaimer speed speaker!
I had to pick my head up after passing out! Too bad CPs’ don’t have ff>
Protip for YouTube talkshow fodder, playback speed X2.
Don’t have time to listen tonight as it’s hitting the witching hour here in oz, midnight.

Good clip by Icke. I’m not even 30 yet and i can say buying a house is out of reality for me. I do live in a house, but with 2 other people my age, because none of us could afford it on our own. The prices of housing in my area is quite high.

I do like Icke’s voice. It is comforting but maybe that is his accent. Yeah, probably something psychological there. lol

As he says in the video there are now many in their 30s and 40s who can’t.
In London most of the firemen and police and nurses live in Essex and commute in because they can’t afford to live in London.
Even with the extortionate train fairs in the UK it’s still cheaper for them to do so.

Look for reposessed properties, the banks sell them way below market value.
You make an offer they advertise the offer for 14 days, if no one offers more the property is yours.
Where I live the cheapest repo flat I have seen was £40,000 in other areas I’ve seen them as low as £20,000 even 15.
The one I live in I got for £56,500 cash (less than half it’s market value in 2008) you can still buy them with a mortgage if you don’t have cash.

I don’t know where it’s all headed, but housing is out of control where I live. I see things are worse in other cities and other parts of the world, but still… something has to give, right?
