Yeah, that’s messed up. The DNA thinking – the guy’s DNA in the guy’s kids’ house, golly gosh – sounds like the ‘evidence’ that convicted the Guildford 4 – “they’ve got common household chemicals. You can make a bomb with common household chemicals! They must be bombers!” He’s smart to forgo a jury trial. But he may well be guilty as hell from the sounds of it.

I think its pretty clear he is indeed guilty on that however I might be wrong. But if it is true then I would say what do you expect, when you strip a man of his resources, children, home and lively hood? What should one expect when you take a man into a court and wave the things he cares about above his head? What should one expect from a man when he is forced into financial servitude because some c~~~ who can supposedly do it on her own demands vagina support.?I am going to take a guess and say this man knew just how f~~~ed he was. More likely than not he would have no custody over his kids and be forced to hand cash over to a c~~~. A c~~~ that gets the kids and at the same time has a license to milk the f~~~ out of her ex. Rather than sharing custody and the burdens of the children she has to have custody and the man has to pay for it all. He is expected to pay and receive nothing he is expected just to take it and to say and do nothing. Much is expected of him but nothing is given. The Judge took his hope, the jury took his justice and the wife took everything including his sanity and soul.
I might be wrong in fact I hope I am wrong, I hope that everything above is a fiction just a construct of my mind.

I would discount the DNA evidence because he had been at their place in the past (due to kids) plus the “unknown” DNA could easily belong to that night’s Chad Thunderc~~~, or the night before’s, or….

It’s the repeated conversations with people about how to make her disappear and then leaving work early to buy an odd set of items for living in what I assume is an apartment or other rental (I’d be surprised if after the divorce he owned a house in this area on a Boeing engineer’s salary).

I say guilty but with no death penalty due to divorce-induced insanity.
