Where I live, the rate of false accusations is 80%.
Those damn feminists are almost getting to pass a law that only the word of the women will count in court, even if the evidences are against it ! Already happened, they got success in a case where a girl have sex with 30 guys, then, after that, when her sex tape goes public, she said that it was a rape. It amazes me how a woman can be too drunk and therefore not in a correct state of mind to consent to sex but they can still be in the proper state of mind to make an accurate claim of rape, stalking, harassment and/or drink tampering. I would think that once your state of mind comes into question for one of those things, it would apply to all.

Minimum 24 month sentence for provable false accusations. No excuses. Like murder, it is a crime and she should do the time.

Time served will be 12 months.

That is a reasonable amount of time they should truly server and do on the occasion a judge that doesn’t hate men and think they can learn something from being dragged through the courts.

I wouldn’t want to go that severe, because it’s not necessary, and costly. I would first want to make a distinction between an allegation that can’t be proven true, and an allegation proven to be false. I wouldn’t want to punish the accuser just because there isn’t enough evidence…only when they are obviously lying. Sure, that leaves the door open for a woman to be clever, but I imagine most women would screw that up.

I would be fine with 6 months prison and adding your name to false accuser list, similar to the sex offender list. I am much more concerned about myself and my kids being around someone who would make false acquisitions like that then I am around a man who got peeing in the park. If you’re an employer, which one would you rather have working for you?
