I agree, but I’d love to see how that case goes, neither the owner nor bartender can by any logical method be held liable since the new law “prohibit bars from refusing to serve alcohol to women who are pregnant (or who seem to be pregnant)” a conviction would surely see every bar in New York closed because who in their right mind is going to put themselves in the situation where whatever they do they’re breaking the law.

A long time ago I was a part time bartender before they had these f~~~ed up progressive pregnant nuts running around looking to liquor up while with child. This was before bartenders had to get a certificate / license in the “responsible service of alcohol”.

That’s what its’ called: “the responsible service of alcohol”.

And then some drunk bitch stumbled off a bus and got injured by a car. Guess who got f~~~ed. The Barteder and establishment.

That’s how a woman thinks. “who else can I blame for my irresponsible behavior??? I should be PAID FOR THAT!!”.

You can’t be responsible about serving alcohol when the pregnant trollops refuse to even DRINK responsibly. And a big part of drinking responsibly is NOT drinking – because you’re responsible.

How exactly in the hell is a bartender supposed to determine if a woman is pregnant?

It won’t show on a petite woman for at least a couple of months more if she strategically dresses. A land whale, hell, some of them never know they’re even pregnant until a baby pops out one day.
