    Reminisce of your bar-b-que experiences.

I just BBQ’ed two steaks and now I have the smell of BBQ steak on my clothes. It’s terrible. I’m waiting on them to rest until I will devour them.

Mmmm. Love BBQ; one of my favorite parts of summer. One time, I had marinated a whole pound of pork but I hadn’t realized you weren’t supposed to marinate it more than 24 hours in advance, so I had to grill it and eat it all at one sitting. Delicious, but crazy.

Slow mesquite smoked baby back ribs.  Cooked over four to six hours.  My favorite memory was the day that I finally perfected the technique of smoking them.

The meat just about fell off the bone.

Smoked deer meat is a big favorite (not BBQ though). I’ve been to restaurants that serve buffalo steak, another winner.

    Edit:

Deer and buffalo are hard to grill because they tend to fall apart, unlike beef and chicken. The same goes for fish steaks. There is a way. My relatives have a grill thingie that traps the meat between two gratings and has a long handle. They use this to make …

    Bacon-wrapped salmon.

Yum yum! Frankly, bacon-wrapped anything is a sure fire winner.
