On my road to bringing myself back to basics, a few weeks ago I’ve started my workout regimen again. Prior to marriage and a live-in woman, I worked out daily. I slowed it to twice or three times a week while the ex-wife was here, and then dropped it near completely during the heat of the divorce.

Since getting back on the horse, I’ve been increasing my weights, started resistance training and run 3 miles a day. One would be surprised how much daily exercise helps with mood.

The posts here were a big part of my inspiration in getting back into shape. Appreciate the support guys. It really means a lot to me.

    Good job.

A consistent physical exercise/workouts/training program should be a non-negotiable for every MGTOW.

Agreed. I feel great after I finish. A bit tired, but much better than when I started.

    Good job bro!

I am the same, and have to force myself to take one day off for recovery.

    Keep it up!
