Not in NY. Though, to be fair, I took the checks from our guests to pay for 95% of the wedding. Ex-wifey had to pay for her dress ($5k – WTF), Wedding rings (1.5k), Dolled up crap (1k). All-in-all, the divorce cost MORE than the f~~~ing wedding. Legal fees, not assets. FCD got nothing; but she did try and FAILED famously.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! What a waste of time and money. Marriage has outlived it’s usefulness. We need to bring back dowries for these precious plums which turn into prunes quite fast (1.5 years on average after the contract is signed).
