As many of you know, I like data. The truth has trouble hiding in sound data. And this week I discovered a thorough, data-backed analysis of where Australia is what we’re doing wrong as a nation. Refreshingly, it’s free from government spin and social justice warrior/feminazi propaganda.

Australia’s Economy Is A House Of cards

It’s a very long read, but refreshing in its honest take on how our politicians are f~~~ing-up our country and highlights the folly of hoping ‘houses and holes’ will continue to be the foundation of our economy. Here’s some CliffsNotes.

To quote the article on manufacturing

“With an economy that is 68% services, as I believe John Hewson put it, the entire country is basically sitting around serving each other cups of coffee.”

“Wider tradables sectors have been hit hard as well and Australian exports are now a lousy 20% of GDP despite the largest mining boom in history.”

    On the housing-bubble –

“Today 42% of all mortgages in Australia are interest only, because since the average person can’t afford to actually pay for the average house- they only pay off the interest. They’re hoping that value of their house will continue to rise and the only way they can profit is if they find some other mug to buy it at a higher price. In the case of Westpac, 50% of their entire residential mortgage book is interest only loans.”

    .
    On taxation –

“As a sign of how addicted to taxing you the government has become, look at the myriad of taxes on cars — high import duties, stamp duty and a luxury car tax — these were designed to protect a car manufacturing industry which doesn’t exist anymore. Yet the government is still increasing them. We closed the last factory this year. These taxes are not only blatant cash grabs but serve to stifle the deployment of electric cars, which have hit a dead end in Australia.”

    On bureaucratic red-tape –

“Last year the Commonwealth parliament alone spewed out 6,482 pages of legislation, adding to over 100,000 pages already enacted. That’s not even looking at State Governments.”

And the list goes on and on.

While the same is happening in the US, it’s sad to see such a decline in Australia’s manufacturing sector and I wonder how sustainable society is with a high percentage of ‘service’ workers making coffee, creating and navigating re-tape, and climate controlled, cubicle-bound paper-pushing occupations? The reality is the decline in manufacturing mainly affects men and increases male unemployment. Yes, robots are increasingly undertaking menial, repetitive manufacturing tasks, but we have to consider what happens to the men displaced by such social change and what are our politicians doing to ensure they can earn a living elsewhere in the modern economy?

We have our rich profiting from the overseas slave labour .

I got to laugh at the money and bulls~~~ pumped into the domestic violence industry .

30 million in advertising alone last year .

Family court industry and feminism all around win .

    BRING OUR JOBS BACK

F~~~ the smoke screen and mirrors on job stats .

A friend of mine and many others went for those mining jobs . It was a load of bulls~~~ as they were bringing in workers from overseas on 457 visas .

My friend with a very good resume and credentials only ended up getting in because he knew someone . Herd other blokes say the same .

So here we were as a nation telling our men a load of s~~~ about getting a good job while they snuck 457 visa workers in and employing the odd guys that would fail . Mmmmm something doesnt sound right .

Goverment all of them need to be dragged into the streets for the lying pieces of s~~~ they are .

These people will be looked back on in shame in time to come .

SHORE THEY WILL GET A FEW PAGES IN THE ARSEHOLES OF HISTORY .

Good thread oz . Like how you get into stats . Your not mark lathem are you .

THE PLANTATION HAS NOW TURNED INTO THE KILLING FIELDS . WOMAN ARE NOW ROLLING CAMBODIAN STYLE .

Our only “growth” sector has been the GOVERNMENT!

You’re repeating the same thing that happened here!

Enjoy the decline, there’s no way to stop it now, or ever!

100% due to FIAT money. The tool of slave owners, literally. When you get money for free, printed out of thin air, and you earn a profit when you lend it, and if you over lend it the Government (the people) bail you out, then what stops you from lending out willy nilly as the more you lend the more you profit, and at zero risk I may add. All the free money drives the prices up until the entire country is literally enslaved by the Bankers. All our Governments have betrayed us. They are nothing more than the Slave Owners protectors at this point.

very good post Oz-bloke. As a Canadian, I have noticed the exact same trend in the increase in service jobs, and many of you have heard of the insane housing bubble in Vancouver and Toronto.

As Aaron Clarey have said “Enjoy the decline” fellas. Going your own way is a great way to deal with a falling society and economy.

MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.

I love the bit about taxes “protecting” the auto industry which no longer exists.

The best This is the best bit- housing at 5x the historic value.. . what could possible go wrong????

Afinogyny.. from the Greek Afino {to abandon/ to set down/ to leave /to allow/ to let } + Gyny {Women} MGHOW’s philosophy to not engage women without “hating them”. Narcorca =Narcissistic Orca typically spouting to a bathroom mirror taking an arms length selfie ; Wallinate describes post wall females whose SMV is terminally negligible New Years resolution "To not make women happy" . Instadestitue: yet another Neologism for Men that cohabit with women that decide to pull the handle of intervention orders.
