I’ve posted this in MGTOW Central to hopefully get as many reads as possible.
The Australian government, as part of its Family Law Review is calling for submissions regarding this review.

The below links enable anyone to submit their experience within the Australian family law/divorce system etc to the Australian government as examples of current experiences with the system.
Rest assured every female organisation will be submitting their own propaganda. The more males who submit details of the various lies, accusations and abuse they faced without any consequences for the women involved, the better chance men may have of staving off what will undoubtedly turn into a further attack on men’s rights.
The investigative body has already released an initial proposal of removing any reference to courts taking an “equal parenting” rights position as being in the child’s best interest and first consideration starting point.
This was brought into Australia family law in the 90s as a legalised starting reference position for judges in an effort to counter what had become effectively a court system simply granting parenting rights straight to mothers in almost all cases and only occurred after much lobbying by men groups. As it is most judges still seem to favour women as we know anyway and often disregard this legal framework. Rest assured however, if it is removed as the starting point altogether, men will be even worse off then they already are.
There is also a proposal to combine the suggested change with property division consideration. In other words the proposal is to change the system to screw men over even more by removing the equal parenting basis provision and then rewarding the parent given the child rearing rights greater property asset rights to go with it.
In many ways the numerous women’s lobby groups who have already had an opportunity to effectively frame the reviews initial “Issues Paper”, which the second link below is asking for submissions on as well, have already predicated the further erosion of mens rights. Nonetheless this is probably the last chance to try to salvage something.
Men need to stand up for other men and be heard. Pass this around to any men’s groups/individuals you know and make a last ditch effort to stop yet another destruction of fathers/men’s rights and the resultant damage being inflicted on children and society.
This review will literally affect millions of Australian men and children in the future.
The submission process is a simple written online submission and can be done in minutes (or obviously longer if you wish to go into great detail).

“Hi, I’m not Australian, but I think you guys should reinforce your family law, let me put an example: if a couple is married or living toguether, she is not happy and she wants out, you should grant her the house, the money, the car, the kids and everything else. Then you should put him in ghetto, specially made for ceparated/divorced men, make them work till they collapse, grant all the money to the ex wife/girlfriend, you have to reduce cost, Soo water and bread should be enough for him, if he gets too weak to work or refuse to work, you could just cut him open and sell his internal organs, that wold garantee her well been for a while. This can be done after all, Australia only need 3 or four men to keep the population going, all other men are just meat for the grinder, think about it, think about the improvements Australia could get in a few years”

No I’m not some member of the government. If you look at my username you might notice the letter G you refer to also happens to be the first letter in my username!
I agree the system is discriminatory against men and have an interest, that is all. I also agree the likelihood of illiciting positive change to address that discrimination is extremely small given the huge number of women’s organizations who made all the original organization submissions effectively setting the frames of reference and outlining the current issues as organizations see them. Hundreds of womens organisations made submissions with less than a handful of men representative groups involved.
Nonetheless this type of thing should generate a response from men I believe. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemies in that regard. This type of thing requires little effort and does not compromise anyone’s belief systems.
You can’t expect to affect change without getting involved at some level. Even when the day comes where society wakes up and realises the error of setting the female selfish nature free of all responsibility, even then there will be a requirement for men to eventually enunciate, promulgate and eventually enforce the changes required. There are times to withdraw and times to engage. There is no negatives in trying to get some government officials to hear just how bad it is I believe.

There are two ministers that know part of my and my childrens story .

My two kids left seperated by family court witch led to one of my kids suicidal on a hospital bed Evett darth appoints the woman responsible as a magistrate dv queen .

My other kid the mother has taken of and now my youngest is talking suicide .

Two cops turn up where one of my kids live near me and poured pressure not to press charges on the black eye she recieved .

Family court and child protection police officers . F~~~in corrupt as f~~~ and tied into these arseholes .

I have sat in front of many people although i may not come across as a person capable i once was very good at presentation .

Hmm. Perhaps you’re well enough read and researched to remember the below section from this great work you state we need to read and pay particular attention to this great writers opinion on marriage in today’s world. In a nutshell your great author highly recommends it!!
Obviously he has yet to go through a separation and removal of assets/custody. It may be time for you to update your hero list!

I’m not Australian so I can’t help you but they need to start with the basics.

*Eliminate family courts. If there is a beef go to the real court.
*Eliminate spousal support/alimony. It’s 2018 and should not exist.
*If the child is over 5 it should automatically be remanded to the father unless there are extenuating circumstances such as he is a psychopathic drunken abuser (but we know for sure that the long term well being of a child improves if the single parent that raises them is the father, at least for older kids). The father can then determine with the court the mother’s role, visitation etc.
*If one parent is working have provisions that the employed parent gets full custody so that the unemployed parent can go get their life together. Again, no spousal support in this scenario.
*Assets are split 50\50 in divorce. Again, no further payments or requirements.

When men submit their suggestions and complaints these are a rough framework for what they should be asking for. they would have to be fleshed out in legalese but these should be the starting points for lawmakers given the current climate in family law.

Everyday above ground is a good one. Everyday above ground while single...better still.

The system is able to be manipulated by women – at every step of the way.
From – no fault divorce…. for f~~~ sake usually they are at fault.
To – knowing they will be on the winning side of 60/40 or better in terms of property split.
To – gaming the child-support system by using the 10/4 child share ( ie “every second weekend” to dad ) . That gives them 100% of the family support from centrelink and max payment of child-support from CSA.
And finally — they can draw it out in the family court till the orders have no bearing (as the children are too old), or simply not particpate in child mediation (then they just keep the kids by default) forcing the father to instigate costly legal action (remember at that point in time he has no assets, no business, no employment, no dignity… and no reason to continue living…)

Yes – the system needs some tinkering around the edges that will not scare off female voters.
HA! no chance. Leave the system completely… MGTOW.

I’ve met women who hate that a 50 / 50 child custody arrangement is the legal default position in Australia (in theory at least), unless evidence is tendered to convince a judge otherwise. They protest “but I am the mother” and view the father as nothing more than a temporary sperm donor and 18-year walking wallet.

Because of shared custody arrangements and not being able to relocate more than 80 kilometres from the father without his consent, women bitch and moan that they can’t move from some regional or rural town to ride the Chad Thunderc~~~ carousel in the city (funded by child support and single parent welfare).

I don’t have a dog in this fight but I do hope father’s rights do not take a backseat in the feminiazi push to rescind the 50 / 50 child custody guidance.
