Yeah – all the logic about “marriage failing cost / benefit for men” is faultless. I read many sites for months. Am firmly MGTOW. But some items that make Australia particularly bad…. maybe “worst” ?? Are these :

1. You dont even need to be married to suffer from the divorce laws and property theft of the family courts… YES – it is true.. If you cohabitate ( or she can tell a convincing story that you living at same address ) for anything more than 24 months.. Then same laws and same family court system applies. That is – you lose you assets.

2. I read all the time on here comments like “lose half your stuff”. In Australia it is far far worse. I was married for about 15 years and am a typical case. Talking to other guys who been through it most will tell you — “if you can get through the family court and keep 40% then it is the best deal you’ll see so grab that percentage if it comes up”. Thats right – most men here retain between 40% and 30% of the marriage assets. In my case – my legal fees we’re almost $100k , and my share at the end was 37.5% of the assets ( she got 62.5%. Mostly other guys ( non lawyers ) say – expect about a two-thirds / one-third split.. So when I hear about 50/50 asset carve ups — I dream about such wonderful outcomes…. I have never heard a case in Australia where the guy got as high as 50%.

3. I love the Steve MArtin quote “getting married for the sex is like buying a 747 for the peanuts” …

Other countries recognize so-called “common law marriages,” so yes, they’ll get you any way they can. But even that isn’t necessary. A woman only has to name you as the father and there’s a good chance you’ll be paying child support even if you never married her, lived with her, or impregnated her.

Dont start me on the child support laws ! 🙁 That system in Australia is pretty horrific too. Lots of suicides. Plenty of examples of CSA harrassing fathers to death / suicide. Indepedent government enquiries found “systemic bias against men” by CSA, but it continues.. I think that system here was based on the Canadian 20/30 years ago… Yes – all the horror stories apply here too, about child-support. One example is the guy who got a postitute pregnant – court found him responsible for child support till age of 18.. Father ordered to pay for child by prostitute

And of course the “24 months” waiting time above ( defacto relationship) – to claim marriage laws , when not married, does not apply if you have a child together. In that case, there’s no wait. . But I was only really talking about asset splits in this topic…
So what is the typical asset split in SWEDEN ??? Like I said in Australia – typically it is 60/40 favoring the woman.

As stated — I know first hand dozens of men who have been through the family courts here. Their share of the marriage assets range from 45% to 20% – of people I know personally. I never yet met any man who got more than 45% of the assets. And I never met a man who got less than 20% of the assets ( that he busted his hump to earn for the best years of his life)… But I heard many stories – of other extreme cases – but never heard of actually 50/50. When I read MGTOW – many people are saying “lose 50% of the assets”.. That sounds like a heavenly nirvana, compared to the Oz system…. keep 50% OMG ! So much better than here !! So what is Sweden ? men end up with what percentage after family-court asset division ???

I got sent someone elses court order . All his financial info . He got f~~~ed really bad . Made copies of it and have things kept in seperate places , i have more than just this .F~~~ money making c~~~ c~~~ suckers .. Family court at moment are trying to distance them selves from cases where they have put children in harms way . Human services have changed there criteria to relinquishing your child and no longer recognizes that a parent went for a recovery order if it wasn’t put threw . That is to cover up the parents mainly men who have tried protecting there children from harm . Not even a premier can get information from child services on alot of child risk and abuse cases .

Also i bet ya didn’t know at a get together by these family court mother f~~~ers chief of the family court Dianna Bryant put a noose around her neck and dressed as a man . She went into the toilets and came out like that . Yer real funny c~~~ isn’t she .

Family law practitioners association . Thats were they get together to discuss how they are going to f~~~ you best . They have changed there site a bit .

As things are been looked into by an organization there is an evident pattern showing in cases .

My case is very bad and there is in ya face blatant corruption in my case in black and white . Jaws have dropped on just a few things that have been seen that i have .

They have f~~~ed with the wrong person . See i don’t give a f~~~ . I have no fear . They can take there special little gag order and shove it up there f~~~ing arsehole and wipe the s~~~ out of there brains .

So in Australia – the man usually gets 35-40% of the marriage assets, and the woman usually gets 60-65% of the marriage assets. What is the usual mileage in other countries please ???? is it fairer or less fair ??

As an aussie on this site I am so glad that this site is so “on the ball” at recognising the f~~~ed up state of our nation that was once so laid back and free of all the over the top political s~~~. It is now so f~~~ed up I feel like our identity is lost.

Like the US we have two major parties. One minor party in the late 90s emerged as a right wing alternative but the corrupt government managed to imprison the leader (thats right, in a democracy). Yeah ! So , other than MGTOW, the protection for men comes from these points:
1. Never live with someone more than 2 years.
2. Don’t have kids with them.
3. Avoid “registering relationship” what the hell does that even mean ?? I guess it means always say to Centrelink ATO etc that you are single , and never give them same address as GF.
4. Never combine finances – Like joint bank acts or joint names on utility bills..

Any of these points can see your ex running you through the family courts using “marriage laws” to take 60% of your stuff EVEN WHEN NOT MARRIED!

But – the best protection of all is to be MGTOW

The point is – you cannot be sure about what she does. She could try “register it”…. What I do ( off grid protection from govt ) is I have “an address” that I give the government ( CL ATO etc ). They move in.. Provide “first couple months” of crazed over-the-top sex abundance. They cook, clean , they know their place… And then.. when it starts to change.. I show them the door. I find about 2-3 months is a good time. Any longer is too dangerous. Always kick them out before they are expecting it, before anything sours. It is for you own protection. I know it is playing with fire – and pure MGTOW is a much safer strategy
