According to a Youtube video, a High School in Queensland Australia in purported to have recently took the offensive by setting up a telephone callback system explaining to students, parents and the community at large why children and parents are solely accountable for each “child/students” actions and grades.

The video is about 1 min 49 seconds and has been identified to be a hoax, both in Australia and several other countries.
