I know it is an extremely confusing point in your life, as you have many questions in your mind:

“What is MGTOW?”

“Who do I turn to?”
We are brothers on this site, there is no room for shaming and bullying. We all have a story to share, no matter how painful it is. Many brothers on this site, including myself, have gone through some of the darkest days in our life and have come an inch close to suicide. We are here to listen to you without any judgement.

“Is there any good content out there?”
My personal favorite channel is Spetznas. He is a therapist, based in New Zealand. The way he structures his videos is immaculate. He speaks very openly, realistically and straight to the point. Most MGTOW content on YouTube only focuses on the surface level, whilst Spetznas’ videos cuts to the core.

“Why am I so confused?”
ALL men, on this site, realize that their confusion was due to social conditioning. What we have been brainwashed with, since birth, has NEVER worked, NEVER. What you see in Hollywood romance movies, where there is a poor guy who gets rejected by the lead female character, only to have her come running back to him towards the end, from the rich prick, to live happily ever after. Bulls~~~! Confusion is that splinter in your mind, quietly whispering to you “Something is wrong!”.

“Can I regain my Freedom?”
Hell yes, you can!

The question is, are you ready to live a transformed life, a life with:

For me, there was no “plunge”, but it was more of a gradual process.

Don’t get me wrong, there were definately some “Red Pill” moments that lead to my Awakening.

But, You have provide some Great Content and direction for the Lurkers that ARE Lurking !!

But, You have provide some Great Content and direction for the Lurkers that ARE Lurking !!

For me, it was a cyclic process. One day I was red pill, the next blue, rinse and repeat several times and at one point, it was red pill all the way through.

Same here. It happens gradually over time. I thought I was pretty red pill after a couple of failed relationships and a multitude of encounters with women. However, I got sucked in to my last relationship as she was that UNICORN I thought I would always find. WRONG! She called the cops on me and had me sent to JAIL after I was onto her monkey branching. That was the final plunge for me.

Couldn’t Agree more MGTOW_Mike; YOUNG FELLAS, There are many very good mgtow producers on the internet, but Spetsnaz, with his personal and (professionally) observed experiences, to me is about the best on the internet, and the quality of his productions, are as good as anything out there.

Sandman: Serious discussion covering the overall basics
MGTOW 101: Discussion with a lot of humor
Spetznas: Serious discussion, straight to the core

All three approaches provide an effective balance in learning about the MGTOW lifestyle.
