So this guy helped land a probe on a comet hundreds of thousands of kilometers away, and what makes the news? This.

I don’t really want to live on this planet anymore…

Yeah these are the c~~~s we are expected to want to share the planet with.

Except…. the very same c~~~s don’t have any problem buying this for their bitch 4-6 year old daughters:

That’s a really hot feminist seller!

You’re not going anywhere. THEY are. We will not leave the planet because of these worthless piece of s~~~ hypocrite c~~~s. They can’t even take a dignified s~~~ in this world unless a man invented and installed the toilet, water, electricity and packaged and sold them their toilet paper.

It’s time to put them in their f~~~ing place.
And a womans’ place is in the wrong.

This is why a woman will never be president or why women don’t go into careers like science. Women are short term thinkers and selfish. Here we have an amazing achievement in science and all women see is the guys shirt. His shirt is enough to make them go to twitter and bitch and moan like this is the worst thing in the world. I swear this guy could have cured aids, cancer, ebola, and a clean replacement for fossil fuels and these dumb bitches would still only be caring about his shirt. I could see it now “That shirt is so sexist. We are boycotting these cures and anyone with aids, cancer, or ebola that uses these cures is a misogynist.”

I found out the company that makes these shirts is owned by a woman. How’s that for irony. And the shirt is sold out because of this story.

I was actually going to start a topic about this but you beat me to it.

This just shows how superficial they are. A man just landed a probe on a moving asteroid millions of miles away, and ALL they can think about is his shirt? Not asking questions like “Hey, maybe his friend that made this shirt helped him through the rough times, and he wore it to honor her or to draw strength from”? I guarantee that woman that accosted him for it was just LOOKING for something to blame men and patriarchy about. If it wasn’t his shirt, then it would have been bitching about how not enough of the scientists were female (easy answer: they’re all too busy studying women’s history and gender studies while the men were staying up for days on end memorizing physics). It would almost be funny if it weren’t so sad.

Where does she get off anyway? There are things like the SlutWalk where women walk around in the skimpiest outfits they can find. They protest topless for pretty much any reason they can think. If they wear a low cut shirt and catch you looking, they unleash a bitch storm the likes of which no one has ever seen. “I can wear whatever I want! I wore this shirt for me, not you! Stop looking and objectifying me!”

What happened to “my body, my choice”, eh, ladies?

Actually this might be the defining moment when feminists lost public support.

I’ve been reading comments on that and it backfired really hardcore.

Many women and mangina refuse to associate withe the word feminism now, and the ideas that #women against feminism put to light this summer are starting to resonate.

Interestingly, many women suggested that it kinda make all women look stupid, and when i suggested similar views in comments i surprisingly met a lot of support.

It seems also that young generations of women are very uncomfortable with feminism and reject the idea that career and personal development is more important than family and children. I’ve seen some of them expressing the wish to marry BEFORE starting a career, in an attempt to NOT look like their mothers.

In a way i believe 2014 has been the year when feminism was shattered to pieces and showed its true face to the public eye.

It’s a victory for us and a victory for anyone who thinks this was all a masquerade.

You’re more right than you realize. Last week (after we launched the asteroids game) we received an email from someone trying to insult us which said “congratulations. You are setting back feminism back like 60 years”.

    So we replied:

That’s amazing, don’t you think? Armies and armies of women, laws, non-stop picketing, fundraisers, billions of dollars wasted on feminism, financed women’s-only organizations, male football players wearing ribbons to cure women’s cancers exclusively, endless campaigning, international slutwalks, and battling forward for decades . . . . and you’re telling us a handful of guys at one website set it all back 6 decades?

    WOW.

Please don’t tell the MRAs. Let them think they are making a difference.

There was no reply. Now why would that be…?

That is exactly what it is. Another person said it best. Women were reminded that they will never accomplish something like this because they spend their time in womens studies classes bitching about the lack of women in science instead of taking science classes. They s~~~ tested him and he failed.

I was talking to a manginas friend about this recently and said “He should have brought the woman out with him as well as several other women who support him and like the shirt.”

“Oh no no no! You can’t throw a woman under the bus like that!!”

Okay, how about this, then… he should have come out as gay and said he wore the shirt because he loves to represent images of sexy, powerful women. “Look at her. <holds up shirt> Does she look like a victim? She looks like the kind of woman who can make men weep and beg!”

As for me, I want a shirt covered in images of women doing disposable man jobs like high steel construction, coal mining, trash collecting, front line infantry… yeah, look at these strong, powerful women suffering and dying. Every woman in a coal mine is one more degree of heat for my nice apartment. Thanks for taking one for the team, ladies!

I don’ t know what was worse, really – the twitterstorm or the tearful apology that the man made. I feel sorry that he wasn’t able to stand up for himself.

There was a similar case recently where a comedian called Andrew Lawrence made some comments on his Facebook page which suggested he supported UKIP (a British right of centre political party). Oh the horror! The real threat was that he had dared to question the prevailing left/liberal media consensus.

He (and his family) were subjected to a torrent of abuse and hate mail for several days. To his credit, he stuck to his guns and refused to apologise and basically told them all to f- off.

We should no be to hard on the guy for caving into the feminazi pressure. I doubt the guy went into astrophysics at school, worked his ass off to get good marks, then work his ass off landing his dream job. Helped calculate the trajectory of a veritable BB aimed at a grain a dirt millions of miles away that would not hit its target for 10 YEARS and the worst thing that happened  was that it rolled a little to far and now they have to wait for it to get in sunlight. THAT IS F~~~ING MIND BOGGLING!!! Think about 10 years, in that time millions of things could have gone wrong so that the two objects would never meet. It would not even have to be something huge, any small imperfection over the time would have caused them to miss their mark. Simply amazing.

Got off track sorry about that, but the science behind this it truly amazing and all I can do feel humbled in the presence of men infinitely smarter then me. I doubt he accomplished all of that and expected people to focus on his clothes. I think that he cared more about the science and getting back to it and so faked his apology in order to move on and get back to what he loved. In doing so he kinda threw the rest of us under the bus but I can not blame him to much, in his mind he has more important things to do then to worry about gender politics and the feelings of useless women.

All of the shirts are sold out. I’m still waiting to get mine shipped. I agree that this may have been a slight backfire in the feminist campaign.

I think we should all return to the attire of the late 1950s / early 1960s, when goils were goils and men were men.

While it sickens me that this is an issue, seriously, the good doctor should have had the god-given sense to know to dress professionally if he was going to be photographed or interviewed.  I own a Speed Racer shirt like that, and two samurai themed shirts, but I would NEVER wear them to work, even if I could, and I would certainly never be photographed in them.  It’s just undignified.  Gentlemen, respect yourself.  If you’re going to be photographed for your professional accomplishments, wear a goddamned tie and jacket, for chrissake, not some comic book shirt.

We complain about t~~~s wearing low-cut blouses or high-cut skirts in the workplace, and we should, but we have to maintain a level of decorum ourselves, too.
