Here’s a story about a bachelor lets call him Jim. He was an honest hard working man around 35 years old. He was a member of the local church and enjoyed going to church socials. One day at a church dinner mis bizzy body got in Jim’s face and loudly announced that ” I saw your truck parked in front of the tavern last Friday night, what do you say about that Jim?” He never even responded – just walked away. The next Friday night he parked his truck in front of mis bizzy bodies house and left it there all weekend.

Although I get what you are saying, part of me has an entirely different take on this scene.

She could try to accuse him of sexual harassment or is it “her ass ment” and accuse him of being at her door trying to force his way in, by claiming he was there and having pictures of his truck to “use” as “false” evidence to substantiate the claim.

Seeing the title of your thread, I do agree, but she could also try to put it back in her favor.
The issue, is whether or not she is one of those vindictive, must have the last word, & must win & beat a man at every turn type of bitch or not.

Hat’s off for him walking away & not saying a word, I just hope he doesn’t get thrown under the bus by her after the fact.
I have dabbled with this kind of tactic before, regarding my 2nd XW…and many times I thought I had diffused her BS, only to have it bite me in the ass sooner or later. Many times, both.

I almost always “paid” for me getting back (even) for her s~~~. She almost 100% of the time would take it to the next level and escalate it, to see how far I would go with it, and/or just to have the last laugh….

AND THIS WAS SOMEONE WHO CLAIMED THAT SHE LOVED ME….If you can believe it. Of course, her snickering & coy remarks, etc. after, were even worse. She got off on “rubbing” it in my face when she would get the better of me, which is more than I care to admit or share.

Inaction is now my key to survival, I wear it as my badge of honor

That’s what ironclad alibis and witnesses are for.

Then the longer she tries to draw things out the deeper she’ll be digging her own hole. At the very least she’ll get nailed for filing a false police report. From there on however much damage she does to herself is up to her.

Agreed….and woe to the man that doesn’t have that in place
