Recently, a woman had expressed interest in me. Somewhere during the conversation she described herself as being “asexual” and in response I immediately said that’s a serious concern as I happen to be highly sexually motivated. Needless to say that was a deal breaker for me but in further explanation, I told her that I at least need it on a regular to semi regular basis to feel satisfied with a partner. Rather than accept my disinterest she literally tried to bargain with me by asking “what exactly does semi regular mean?” can you believe the f~~~ing nerve of this c~~~? she was literally trying to negotiate the value of her pussy for my services (interest/resources/commitment), no thanks.

I just had the opposite extreme. I’ve known a few people that never displayed any real sexual interest. By that I mean, the guy in your group that never notices the hot chick walking by. For women, I do think asexuality, or near it, is a real possibility. For men, they’re seems to be some other reason. 1- They have been suppressing their urges for years because they see it as wrong, for religious reasons or whatever. 2- They have been rejected for so long that they don’t even see it anymore. Instead they settle for companionship only with a woman that does nothing for them. 3 – They are gay, but don’t want a gay relationship for whatever reason, thus settle for a plutonic relationship with the asexual woman.

I just flat-out ignore(d) the supposed “super hot chicks” because I knew/know they’re fake as f~~~. I definitely think this is spot on. It was all a ploy to try and over value her sex. Mentioning access to it somewhere else would have made it necessary for her to devalue it in order to sink her hooks in. again, no thanks.

I know a bloke who has said to me he isn’t interested in sex at all with his girlfriend and I wondered if it is option 3 but it could be 2 as I know he has been treated like crap by women for years (who hasn’t)

Over the last few years of marriage I have become somewhat ‘asexual’ in that I don’t notice the hot chick that walks by, or I notice something stupid about her but not that she is ‘hot’. This is due to not getting any and also a general desire to not want any from my wife.
