So, somehow women are the victim in this whole mess. I watched from the early 2000s up to this point how men have been rubbished in the media. On TV, in ads or shows, men as husbands were portrayed as disfunctional buffoons while the wife was the one taking charge and making everything right again. In colleges acorss the land, men are considered potential rapists when they set foot on campus, and are told in “gender studies” classes how they are at fault for all the woes of the world. Quota preferences or false accusations of rape/harassment push men out of universities, or out of the workplace. Facts about the woes of the world such as homelessness are twisted to show how women are the victims, while men are ignored. Did you know that 1 out of 4 homeless people is a woman? That’s a creative way to say that 3/4 homeless people are men. Marriage is a raw deal for men, who can lose most everything they have in a divorce, and have little-to-no access to their children. The wife filed for the divorce because she’s “not happy.” They are also told they should “marry down,” but never is a woman expected to.
Then there is the phrase “toxic masculinity.” Until I hear equalizing phrases such as “healthy masculinity” or “toxic femininity,” it comes across as nothing more than a misandric devaluation.
How often have we heard in the movies or real life that “I don’t need a man.” “I don’t need you to save me.”
It is no surprise that many men have pulled back out of society and opted out of family life. They see no point in putting up with the labeling, libeling and smearing of their gender. They got the message. They have pulled out, and gone a direction other than the societal norm.
I expect nothing less than slanted tripe from the New York Post. The opening line is bad enough: “There’s a devastating shortage of men who have their act together,..” I for one am quite marriable. I have my act together. My finances are decent. My home is kept up and repaired. I don’t do drugs/smoke/drink – those just aren’t my thing. I do volunteer work.
None of that matters though. I’m in my 50s, and past the demographic age I suspect this article is aimed towards.

The bottom line is a women will finally admit, because I don’t want to take care of a man.
But men are supposed to take care of women, who admit they don’t want to take care of the man they are with….
They do their best to avoid saying this truth because it clearly shows what hypocrites they are, on top of showing what ugly people they are.
Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

By and large, women created the problem.

Funny, I remember Quicksilver (a male) saving a bunch of people in the one of the previous movies.
That line from Lawrence killed any interest I had in seeing that movie.
Brie Larson opened her yap at some awards show where she said something like “I’m not interested in what a 40-year-old white guy thinks about A Wrinkle In Time. It wasn’t made for him.” Throughout her anti-male tirade, she had to keep saying she doesn’t “hate white dudes.” She left me unconvinced of that.
After that, I decided that the movie Captain Marvel was not made for me, and did not waste my money on it.

Somehow a woman’s marriage prospects are supposed to be a man’s priority?
Often the bad boy thug is broke and yet that doesn’t matter when pumpkin has the ‘gina tingles.
Maybe an article needs to be written about how Western women are not worth marrying and are ruining the marriage prospects for successful males.Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.
The one item articles like the above likely leave out is that most successful men whom are still single by the age of 35 years old are likely not going to ever get married.
Those few successful men whom are 35 or older who are looking for a woman to be with are not going look for those women in western society. These men will look in foreign lands for legal, though young women to marry and these men will likely move to a foreign land to keep their spouse from being corrupted by western society. Such men live by the rule, “no hymen, no diamond”.
As for the rest of us men. Well, for those women reading this. You have painted yourselves into corner. You want your cake and eat it to. Well, while you blame you victims, men, for you own foolishness, the men are walking away from society.
Men no longer care about women and society, men just want to get away from madness and drama.
The title says it all. You are nothing but a cash cow for an entitled whore. No man who is paying attention even needs to read the rest of the article.

When women see Racism everywhere? There was a Huston College that simply had 4 people on the cover of a school class schedule.No one saw any problem with it but a an entitled white girl. She was angry that he looked like he was struggling. Another woman from the college who was interviewed by the news said that she was really impressed she was running a race in high heels. ……and why should they want to get married? A successful single man at 35 has the world at his fingertips. If he wants to get sex, it’ll be no problem as all kinds of women will be throwing themselves at him trying to tie him down.
Why would anyone want to get married these days? The idea of settling down and raising a family is just a fantasy anymore. Women are no damn good. They are never satisfied. The want one thing today and something different tomorrow. They live by their emotions like little children.
I was at one of my local hangouts the other evening talking to the bartender and he agrees that marriage is a joke. He actually asked the 19 year old waitress what she thought about marriage and if she thought it was a good idea. Of course what good is the opinion of a 19 year old little girl no matter what she says, but I thought it was an interesting experiment and I was glad he asked her. All she could say is, “I don’t know…..I’m not sure……”.
I was at the same place talking to the same bartender last night and we were in a similar discussion with a 22 year old waitress. This goofy little b!tch was complaining that her female friends would always get boyfriends and give all their time and attention to them and she never got to see them anymore. I just kinda’ laughed and said no one should get too involved with anyone because it’s all gonna’ go to schit anyway and she was shaking her head in agreement, yet she has a boyfriend as they all do. Then I mentioned something about orgies and she quickly dismissed herself from the conversation, but the bartender laughed.
As you said, Faust, I no longer care about women, society, or even what’s going on in the world. I just want to stay away from the madness, drama, bullschit and all the insanity and stupidity of the people and just live alone in peace and quiet. As always, I really can’t wait to get home tonight to that peace and quiet. My biggest problem at home right now is that my washing machine has been going to schit and I need a new one. I hate forking out all that money for new appliances, but it’s much less of a problem than having to live with a woman, so no big deal. I’ll just go appliance shopping. Much easier to get rid of a crappy washing machine than it is to get rid of a crappy woman. Much cheaper too.

There are 2 big problems that are EASY to fix. One his the “Dogs”. That is when the plastic part in the middle no longer agitates.
Cost $5.oo to fix, and 10 minutes to do from start to finish.
The other is the Gear Drive. Most of time, these just last the life of the washer. The motors also last a LONG time. This is a BIT harder to do. But not as worth it. Finding these parts and then the other issues popping up can be an issue.
But the first one is an EASY fix. If that is the issue, then super!
Stay away from the Front Loads. They are the MOST temperamental machines out there. They are FILLED with Electronics that BURN out. Seals that LEAK. Etc. Top Load Washers are made for the Wide World Markets. Where people are not going to put up with a machine that does not last 20 years. So they happen to be built better due to Foreign 3rd tier markets.
I was tempted into getting a NEW set till I found out they ALWAYS have some kind of Problem that creeps up over time.

Absolutely agree with this. After only 7 years, my washing machine is crapping out on me. Something to do with the electronics. I’ve been shopping for just a simple washer without any of the extras, but that’s a challenge. I don’t think they make simple washing machines anymore without all the water saver bullschit and other extras.

I dont see how a man being seen as broke and not marriageable (at any age) is a detriment to MEN.
How it affects women is of no concern to me.
I dont put my wealth/worth/assets/etc on public display because I earned it and I dont want it taken by someone else who had no part in accumulating it.

Those broke guys should consider themselves lucky.
In an ideal Pumpkin universe, all guys would have money.
Then basically be broke after their divorces.
Since the purpose of marriage for women is asset acquisition then any man that is deemed broke is spared the process of getting married then eventually divorced and winding up broke.
