    Monk-

    Thanks. This is eye opening.

A man can be totally innocent. A man can be kind and generous. A man can be a saint.

Doesn’t matter. A crazy woman can craft a clever lie for any reason, and off you go.

This whole legal purview is unconscionable.

Obviously, avoid women like the plaque. I’m tempted to get a sexbot just to parade around the crazy feminists (I know better, but it would be fun)

Bad situation. If you stay you’re an abuser, if you file for divorce (and take away your utility) your an abuser.

Its a Kobayashi Maru scenario even Kirk could probably not solve.

Actually, maybe he did… he did tend to pump and dump alien women that he was never going to see again, LOL.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

the c~~~ tried the abuse angle in court until Judge F~~~wit noticed something…I was the Stay at Home Dad, and the c~~~ made $150,000 a year. If I, the man was the abuser for 10 years, why didn’t she leave sooner? How can the man be an abuser if he volunteers in the kids schools and is working on a teaching certificate with background checks… where are the police reports? oh wait, the man claims the c~~~ put a fork through his hand, here is a police report and hospital bills and an x-ray of a fork run through the man’s hand. The man’s evidence is irrelevant, because the man is the accused here, not the c~~~.

thanks judge f~~~wit. the judge and the c~~~ can share seats on the bus to hell.

oh her main evidence for the abuse…I would not let the c~~~ buy a scrapbook store and a 4 unit apartment for $700,000. The c~~~ needed me to cosign the deal that she put together in secret. I found out about it a couple days before signing when she took me to this store for a little shopping…to buy the whole f~~~ing store! I was supposed to run the store while she worked her job, and she would hold scrapbooking classes in the evening.

so not going along with a sneaky bad business deal is domestic abuse. Riiiiight. A f~~~n serving fork through my hand is not abuse. ok. sounds legit.

    It’s f~~~ing scary.

When my now ex and I first married we stayed with her mother.

They would make decisions about our family with out me. When I protested her mother accused me of being a control freak.

SHE was the f~~~ing control freak.

    The C~~~ C~~~ C~~~.

Women want complete and total control in the household. They assumed men had it before because they were told to by their feminist mothers who heard it from their feminist mothers.

The only thing is now they have it. The elephant in the living room are that 40% of children live in single family households. There are more people living single than ever before in history.

Women control culture and women have turned their culture against relationships with men.

Men going their own way didn’t occur in a vacuum.

So, women have decided with their feet that relationships with men are so useless that the state will provide a meager existence and this is enough to make our ladies of perpetual moaning quiet for a while.

Why would a woman even be slightly concerned about a person as important as a random dick? Why not accuse him of rape if it’s conveiniant.

The British Court System is going full femtard. Just DO NOT involve yourself with any woman, in any way, in order to eliminate/minimise any Court/Police involvement/risk in your life.

All men living with a woman should be punished because they’re morons giving up to their freedom.
It doesn’t matter if they actually do “domestic violence”: they’re morons and they deserve nothing good.

The worth of a man isn't the usefulness that women get from him. Avoiding living with a woman, a man isn't rejecting a lot of sex: he's rejecting sexual starvation. MGTOW IS TACKLING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN COMPLIANCE WITH CONVENTION OF ISTANBUL: http://www.coe.int/en/web/conventions/full-list/-/conventions/rms/090000168008482e --- Article 4, Section 4 "Special measures that are necessary to prevent and protect women from gender-based violence shall not be considered discrimination under the terms of this Convention". A couple centuries ago, under British law there was a charge called “MP”, which stood for “Majesty’s pleasure”. It was a criminal charge for which the accused could be jailed, and for which there was really no defense. The accused was dragged from his home and put in jail, then told his charge was “MP”. This meant that he was locked up because ‘it pleases his/her majesty that you be locked up’. It sounds as f~~~ed up as it was, but that’s what it was. Unless the king or queen who issued the charge signed a letter stating that it pleased them that you be released, the length of sentence was indeterminate. The accused remained locked up until it pleased the king or queen that the he be released. That was the degree of power that the crown held over the subjects. If it pleased her majesty that you be locked up, all she had to do was say so. No crime committed. No defense. No due process. No trial. No appeal. No limit to the length of the sentence.

    Sound familiar?

Here’s an excerpt from the wikipedia historical description of “Majesty’s Pleasure”…

    Incarceration[edit]
The term is used to describe detention in prison for an indefinite length of time;[3] a judge may rule that a person be “detained at Her Majesty’s pleasure” for serious offences or based on a successful insanity defence.[4] This is sometimes used where there is a great risk of re-offending; however, it is most often used for juvenile offenders, usually as a substitute for life sentencing (which would naturally be much longer for younger offenders). For example, Britain’s Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 states: “Where a person convicted of murder or any other offence the sentence for which is fixed by law as life imprisonment appears to the court to have been aged under 18 at the time the offence was committed, the court shall (notwithstanding anything in this or any other Act) sentence him to be detained during Her Majesty’s pleasure.”[5]

Prisoners held at Her Majesty’s pleasure are frequently reviewed to determine whether their sentence can be deemed complete; although this power traditionally rested with the monarch, such reviews are now made by others—the Home Secretary in Britain, for instance. Minimum terms are also set, before which the prisoner cannot be released; in Britain, these were originally set by the Home Secretary, but since 30 November 2000 have been set by the trial judge.[6] Prisoners’ sentences are typically deemed to be complete when the reviewing body is “satisfied that there has been a significant change in the offender’s attitude and behaviour.”[6]

Notice that the description specifies that a judge, acting on his/her majesty’s behalf, can issue the order.

The average Brit’s I’ve known have been some pretty good people. But is it any wonder that their monarch based system of government has been kicked out of just about every country in the world where it was once practiced? But don’t worry. The idea of that s~~~’s not dead yet. It’ll be appearing soon in a family court system near you. the only difference will be that the initials will change from “MP” to “DA”.

You want to marry or co-habitate with a woman? You better make sure you got the right ‘attitude and behavior’ to please her more by cohabitation with her than it will please her to have your ass locked up. It may only require one phone call, but that’s not the limit. She is free to make that call over and over and over… until she is “satisfied that there has been a significant change in your attitude and behavior…”.

Look, it's not my fault that tornado dropped a house on your sister. Now get back on your broom and get your ass out of here... and take your monkeys with you

This crap is why i will never do anything more than hook ups or f~~~ buddies.

The problem with this is that it’s so easy to grossly exagerate minor arguments in court. Good luck to any idiot who still wants to get married.
