    Interestingly, exactly the same has happened previously here in the UK.

    In 1977, at Lewisham in London, piles of bricks appeared on street corners ahead of a Far Right demonstration. The Police did nothing. The same happened during the 1984-85 miners strike and the printers demonstrations at Wapping in 1986.
