Families Need Fathers says parents are being encouraged by some solicitors to file for non-molestation orders – injunctions used in urgent abuse cases.

New figures show a 30% rise in orders made after legal aid was axed in everything but abuse cases in family courts in 2012.

But charity case workers say they are seeing “thousands” of parents, mainly fathers, who have been made subject to these orders for things that they do not consider to be domestic abuse.

Divorce solicitors are scum.

The charity suspects that solicitors’ firms are talking parents into seeking such orders because it enables them to qualify for legal aid, from which both the legal profession and the complainant could benefit.

A spokesman for the charity said: “We’re getting a lot of people coming to us talking about false allegations, whether it’s grossly exaggerating events or even completely fabricating them.

In some regions of England and Wales the increase has been as much as 900%. In others there has been a 150% rise, according to information obtained by Families Need Fathers.

DV against men is generally not recognised by any official body, anywhere, especially lefty libtard c~~~s at the BBC, so they see no need for men to have any support, helplines, shelters etc.

EDIT: Also, men would not make a FALSE DV claim so the legal profession would not be interested as they are greedy, selfish, self-absorbed, arrogant scum.

I just woke up, and felt a little depressed as I started the day, as usual. I read the title of this thread and mis-interpreted it, thinking men on the receiving end of false DV charges were eligible for legal aid, and I broke out smiling. Then I realised what was really meant, and my smile slowly dropped.

Someday this system will correct, but until then, GYOW.

I’m trying to shield my domestic violence case in which she never showed up to.my only problem is you have to have her sign the papers or file a motion if you don’t know her address this s~~~ is very stressful on some s~~~ that didnt happen. It’s almost like domestic violence doesn’t exist for men. You go ahead and tell the police she beat you up they’re going to laugh you up.
