Thank you Monk. Simply put and 100% accurate. Never employ women. They are just too selfish and unaccountable. In this case it was all about her. She didn’t think about the possibility of letting her employer down. She didn’t think about letting her colleagues down. She didn’t think about the risk to her child. She just thought about her career and her feelings. Everything else had to fit with it.

Its hard enough finding a consistently good reliable male worker nowadays that hasn’t adopted female attitudes and traits about work and stress and handling pressure and real world problems.
