Like I said before, I need to lose weight (80 pounds) and I have a hard time getting myself to do a workout. I need someone with me to kick me in the ass to make sure I’m doing what I need to do to lose the weight and videos aren’t good enough. My problem is that I’m not much of a self-starter (I never tell employers that).

Sadly, the weight I lost last year (272 pounds in March) has gone back up (285 pounds, new record). Funny thing is that I don’t eat anything different. I eat a lot of grilled chicken, fish, cottage cheese, steamed vegetables and berries, and 6 eggs. Hell, I even invented my own dinner dish; 6 hardboiled eggs, plus a can of tuna fish and a large handful of steamed asparagus and with a tablespoon of grape seed oil I blend it all together. I put pepper, Mrs. Dash seasoning and lemon pepper on it. Yum yum!

Why “6 eggs”? That seems excessive. Even when you eat food that is supposed to be good for you, when you eat too much of it, you’re still putting a lot of calories in your body. Also, cottage cheese definitely isn’t good for you in large quantities. I don’t know how much of that you eat at a meal.

The evil in women’s hearts leaves them no moral bounds as to inhibit them from descending to the lowest levels of darkness to acquire their self entitled desires.

I used to eat 12 eggs in a meal and I eat a whole container of cottage cheese and yes it is good for you. It has protein.

    Why “6 eggs”?

    Why only 6?
