Annoyed? Usually.

It’s my personal experience that “strong, independent women” are the biggest f~~~ups on the planet. They don’t know nearly what they think they do. They never recognize or admit their mistakes. They never learn from their mistakes. They keep making the same mistakes. They’re the primary reason my company has an unspoken and very unwritten policy to never, ever hire women. Sure there might be competent female applicants, but there’s too much risk one will turn out to be another “strong, independent woman”.

And if a client is a “strong, independent woman”, a 50% gross DOE Surcharge gets appended to the contract.
