Ah I see. Yes unfortunately if you don’t like the taste of it I don’t have any tips for that other than to cover it up with something you find tastier. Personally I love the taste but as a small child my favourite thing was heaping piles of spinach so I’ve always had a weird kind of love of dark green leafy things. Reducing beer intake has always been my biggest struggle.

Water really HAS been a “best friend” lately.  If I ever enjoy a soda or beer, it’s usually about once a week.  Just weighed in again and came up at 249.4, the lightest I’ve been in 3 years.  I’m liking where this is going.  Started the year at 279, now I’m here.  We’ll see where I am after the end of this month, to get a “end of mid-year weigh-in.”

I just meant taste-wise, it was hard to eat 😛 I’m actually okay with the texture of it when I put it in a salad, but the taste makes it hard to swallow! Just have to toughen through it, I suppose! I just now blended broccoli, kale, spinach, white mushrooms, radishes, carrots, one teaspoon of almond butter (makes a GOOD taste), half a can of tomato juice to make it more drinkable, one banana to take out the bitterness, and some ice cubes. It’s actually not bad at all. It takes mostly like broccoli (and a little grassy, too!), but it’s actually overall quite good! On a funny side note, speaking of kale being hard to chew/cook, it DID stubbornly stick to the side of my blender cup. I had to coax it to the blades. Once it hit those blades though, BAM! It was “instant juice.”

Instead of using can of  tomato juice which isn’t healthy, you could add fruits like bananas, apples, etc.

All variables held constant, there will be plateaus in your bodyfat descent. Keep the faith/do not be discouraged, it happens to all of us. Eventually it’ll resume it’s descent, it was just trying to hold a setpoint, that is all. Sometimes you can shake it up by changing to a slightly lighter weight and going for more volume overall and reps. Sometimes it’s the opposite and a cutback will help greatly–look at all the swimmers who for years did like 3 hours before school and three after and when they cut that crap down they did way better–like Pink Floyd getting rid of their first manager who overtrained them and they did much better. But maybe you’re like Metallica and they did better with a fiercer managerufff! he cut them no slack at alllufffff. Wuhhhff.

stay away from motrin advil ibuprofin nuprin aspirin they all inhibit prostaglandins which you need to heal. Stretching helps free up area for the muscle to grow into. Grow muscle.  Burn fat.  no one ever left a gym saying oh damnit I put on too much muscle today. Also BE totally ready to ignore women that want to put you in your place and all their negative communications. Bottom line: Many won’t want to see you looking good and possibly effing all these other girls. they’ll want the old Megachris back so tell them to take a hike. they know it works and don’t want you to know how much it attracts them. Tell them you are the new MegaMegachris%% and get out of your way.

@vincentosaurus – Kale has been MUCH better now that I’ve covered it up with other vegetables.  I can definitely down it then.

As for any of the few ladies I know anymore, I DO think it’s funny that almost none of them want me to lose weight or build any muscle.  They claim they think “having more fat makes me more cuddle-able.”  All I can think is seriously?  Well, sorry to say to them, I don’t want the extra weight anymore, and if the new “attractive” thing is to be overweight, then consider me unattractive!

Glad to hear that man! Pff girls don’t think about other people they just want to feel justified being lazy or failing at weight loss. You doing it with success makes them feel bad. They could fix that by trying harder but it’s much easier just to discourage you from your goals. Especially since the better you feel about yourself the less likely you are to listen to them. Ignore them you’re doing good!

A bitter redpill a young man swallowed recently was that he could and did lose a ton of fat by consistently working out hard and eating right.  Up ’til this point his single-megamom basically brainwashed him that some people are just fat, poor her. This is the same line o’ crap that laydeez use with ‘some people have chemical imbalances’ in their brains and need PROZAC etc.[[ while 23 percent of women ages 40 to 59 take antidepressants, more than in any other age or sex group.    http://psychcentral.com/news/2011/10/25/antidepressant-use-up-400-percent-in-us/30677.html   ]] The realization that being fat was a choice did a complete paradigm shift on his thoughts of his poor obese single mom. There are men who are attracted to female whales, probably the same number that are attracted to female whales. …..here is a photo of “curves” – the curves are close to the denim:

The outer sweep of the thigh, the glutes, the hamstring glute intersection, the lumbar to thoracic curve…. lateral soleus, medial gastrocnemius…   what, and no need for high heels??  These are “curves,” as opposed to the term stolen:

who could easily induce projectile bulimia in the most stable male.   [[“put the lotion on the back”]]

Some people are just fat, a very small percentage – however an incredibly large percentage of fat women think it’s no big deal/won’t do anyharm for them to cheat a little on eating……….and “oh my,” they’re the same ones who have a naturally stuborn slow metabolism??   ??     As some people do have a brain chemical imbalance but probably many less than those who claim to.

These laydeez want men to “just be themselves.” But that’s a package deal, not a Bill Burr described salad bar for them to cherry pick from. Being yourself includes being mentally sharp/sensing bulls~~~/sensing tuna/being logical/knowing a good deal from a bad one/and knowing who’s got your best interests in mind.

Back on protein blends a waste? eff no. Lee Haney, a multi Mr Olympia champion bodybuilder said that Eighty five percent of your results come from how you eat…eighty five percent.

Also beware that there are women who will want to use you as a piece of meat. No problem with that…If they are upfront about it .. but they are usually not. [[They will feign a total lie by their actions, sensing this, you can make the sex so good for them that you spoil them permanently, any guy can do this with enough effort, the satisfaction will come in knowing that relatively speaking, no one will put that much work into making them end up just laying there like a used piece of meat, totally exhausted from O after O……., yeah, you’ll be killing every muscle you use here – to intentionally do so is horrible, but they deserve it.]].  It’s like Mike Katz said they want you in bed once, (or maybe more) just for the experience, but no way do they actually want to know you, no way do they actually want to have a relationship with you…..imagine that!!, them wanting you as a sexual resource, for what you can provide to them…not for who you are.

Have fun with getting in shape, no reason not to. It’s a great topic.

want you cuddilly   even the lean ones who want you cuddilly won’t admit that they may be left in the dust for other lean girls that didn’t lie to you about all this.

The antidepressent thing is related too I think. Being physically unhealthy can make you mentaly unhealthy. Anyone I know who got over what their doctors called chronic depression, they didn’t do it by taking the pills they did it by getting outside, eating better, working out and reducing stress in their life (often that meant dumping the gf). I beleive there are some people with a natural chemical inbalance that requires medicine but I also beleive that’s about as rare as being born with no legs. The reason girls take more drugs for this stuff is obviously accountability. They cannot handle being accountable for themselves it has to be not their fault.

    I’m no mult-Mr. Olympia, but I’d wager it’s more like 90%.

I agree. I’ve definitely noticed how much my anxiety and depression amps up when I’m carrying too much weight. There’s currently a loose association between inflammation and depression that’s being investigated, and significant body fat percentages, chronic overeating, and lack of exercise all contribute (hence why I believe depression is much higher in women than men). Look at truly happy people: I guarantee they’re drug-free and taking care of their bodies. It’s honestly the cheapest medicine but no one wants to acknowledge it in the PC world because no one wants to step on toes. Good on you, Chris, for sticking it to those bitches who think that being lean isn’t attractive. Besides, I think it’s funny when they use the “cuddle-ability” argument because even IF I was dictating what I wanted for my body by what women determined was attractive, where the f~~~ were they when I was fat? The bottom line is that they will bitch when you start losing weight because they can’t get themselves to do it, but they’ll want your c~~~ when you have visible definition and musculature. Bitches: Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.
