Are MGTOW’s treated equally under the law?
I always thought that individuals were treated equally under the law. Well, maybe not.
In May, 1998, President Clinton signed an Executive Order that places homosexuals, bisexuals, and the “transgendered” in a specially protected category for consideration in federal government jobs and promotions.
This was basically a way for the president to implement the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. This order added the term “sexual orientation” to a 1969 executive order mandating affirmative action throughout the federal government, effectively instituting homosexual quotas in federal hiring and promotions. Also affected by this order are federal grant programs. As a condition of receiving grants, private contractors and state and local governments are all required to comply with federal nondiscrimination standards.
“By giving special protections to homosexuals, if it is ever the case that two equally qualified persons apply for the same job and the heterosexual receives the position, then the homosexual can sue claiming discrimination based on sexual orientation. The potential costs to the employer (lawyers fee, negative publicity, etc.) will ensure that homosexuals will be given preference.
Simply put, when all things are equal, the risk of being sued tips the scales in favor of the homosexual being hired. If the homosexual is hired, then there is no possibility of litigation. If the heterosexual is hired then there exists that possibility. THIS ENSURES THAT PEOPLE WILL NOT BE HIRED BASED ON MERIT ALONE. ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL, THOSE CLAIMING TO BE HOMOSEXUAL WILL GET THE JOB.
So if a MGTOW and a lesbian feminist apply for the same job, who do you think will get the job?
The satirical newspaper The Onion, also claimed President Clinton signed another Act that appears to explain a lot of what is going on today.

I guess I read your initial question a little differently. You can be a MGTOW and be gay, so in the example you were giving the MGTOW would have the advantage over a straight man, MGTOW or not. The MGTOW could also be a minority race which would put the playing field back on equal status.
I thought your question was whether a man that refuses to marry is treated fairly under the law. In that case the divorce and custody laws do not apply (assuming you have been a MGTOW since a younger age and didn’t marry). Those are the most unfair laws towards men that I can think of. In the US, single people hit a higher tax rate faster than married, but that applies to women as well, so I wouldn’t call it unfair. Health insurance is the worst for a single man because you are subsidizing both single women and families, who use their health care way more often. Health insurance laws are definitely not “fair” to a MGTOW.
I would say that they are generally “fair”. Now, the way bigger question is will the law ever be punitive in order to get the slaves back on the plantation………

If you are a white, straight, heterosexual, employed, single, fiscally conservative male, YOU ARE SATAN, according to the US government.
