So, for all the men here who think an apocalypse will change anything, you are DEAD wrong. Houston is underwater right now and the situation is getting worse by the hour. It is WOMEN and children first as usual.

Women are in the boats while the men push them.

Men are all over town leading the rescue efforts.

Women are acting helpless. Where are all the strong, independent women?

Where are all the strong, independent women?

    Do they even exist?

Yes, they are all hold back by patriarchy. A few may also stuck in a chair somewhere with their fat butts and can’t get up.

G isn’t kidding either. Noah has been sending out text messages to everyone and asking for their pets so that he can put them on the boat.

An apocalypse WILL change everything. Why? Because they’ll be f~~~ing dead! The rest of us sensible people will be alive.

Yeah I wonder how bad it feels when a men rescue-rapes a womyn from her situation. So many men dominating the dangerous, thankless and dirty work right now. I’ll be waiting here to applaud the masses of stong independent women who don’t need no man to rescue their families or find help without rescue. I might be waiting a life time. Entitled c~~~s as usual.

Zero time and effort prepping for disaster.

All the time in the world to be helpless.

If I knew ahead of time and had the ability, I would have drilled holes in all the boats!

Somehow I sense it’s now building up to be trumps fault. I am sure he could have prevented this.. I grow tired of the politics in natural disasters. Dry days to my MGTOW brothers in Texas

The City of Houston and Harris County have no money to upgrade their ancient drainage infrastructure. These 100, 200 and 500 year events are happening more often than they should. It is primarily a result of rampant over development, urban sprawl and extremely poor planning.

The men that built the infrastructure are gone. Great men who did extraordinary feats of engineering with the strengths of thier backs. Development will contribute to an already declining system of utility brought by the perpetual kicking of the can

It goes much deeper than that. Houston is the largest city in the country with NO ZONING. That’s right no zoning what-so-ever. So strip joints get built next to elementary schools. Head shops and liquor stores get built next to high schools. What Houston did instead of zoning laws was to rely on developers to install the infrastructure and recoup their costs from the tenants or people who purchased the land after it was developed. With housing developments the city relied on developers initiating “deed restrictions.” These so called “deed restrictions” were supposed to be the exact same as zoning laws. But they weren’t, and they were and still are barely enforced if at all. That’s even if “deed restrictions” have been put in place at all. Oh and I have failed to mention the MUD taxes. Many to most developers and housing developments initiated the necessary process to set-up a MUD and that created the necessary infrastructure. But many developers didn’t and just built the infrastructure for their housing development on their own. Who maintains the infrastructure after that? That’s a good question. Maybe the county if they can get around to it. Maybe the HOA is they have the money. Maybe the city if the city thinks that it has jurisdiction. Maybe if the developer if he thinks he’s going to get sued or thinks that he’ll still make a profit. Either way it’s all f~~~ed. Oh, and did I mention that Harris Count has a “flood Control District”? Yeah people’s property tax money goes to that! Yet EVERY SINGLE YEAR IT FLOODS IN HOUSTON AND HARRIS COUNTY!!!!

Thanks. There is no other place like Houston in the entire Lone Star State, I can promice you that much. When I first moved here I couldn’t believe my eyes, I though that someone had played a large prank on someone and it got out of control and was never shut down. But Houston is simultaniously a huge joke and not a joke at the same time. I actually quite doing any research about were I live because it’s that depressing. No one learns, nothing changes, and both the county and the city both keep crumbling and doing less and less with less and less every single year. Fairly soon Hariss county is going to look like Detroit and be just as solvent as well. Remember me saying this.
