I ran across this book on the Interwebs, and was wondering if it was worthwhile or not:

    http://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Mindset-Mike-Cernovich-ebook/dp/B0100Q4S7E/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1435278969&sr=8-1&keywords=gorilla+mindset&linkCode=sl1&tag=danandpla-20&linkId=R5CQKKX3AWXWN5ZH

I thought of MGTOW when I saw it.

Intriguing title. Enticing promos. They say the right things. What’s between the covers? Only reading it will tell you for sure.

For myself, I’d scour my library’s catalog for works of the same genre, and Amazon for discounted used copies of the same. I know there are plenty of books like this one out there. I’ve read a few.

Since then, I’ve shifted to writers like the late, great Alan Watts and Wayne Dyer. They are more about one’s inner journey and the riches to be found there. Dyer started out as a motivator for material success, much like the gorilla book’s stated intent. He came around to the inner journey later on. It’s an interesting progression, and one I intend to emulate.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

I’ve found myself on a similar journey. Watts fascinates me; his words about death comforted me a lot after my younger brother’s death. Haven’t read much Dyer, but I really liked his view that guilt is a useless emotion.
