Right now, I’m saving up money to pay off my college debt so I don’t want to spend extra money like having to go to a gym.

Currently, I have a standing desk and I’m making an effort to move around more during the day. I’m also a caregiver for my mom, so I live with her at the moment so I can pay off my debt quicker.

But, I was wondering for the MGTOW who know more about fitness routines, do you have any good ideas for body weight exercises? i figure since I don’t have a full time job right now, I might as well do something more productive like working out more. What I want to end up doing is exercising as much as pro athletes workout.

Most of my family is either obese or sedentary as f~~~. I don’t want to end up like that. What I want, is to end up exercising during most of my free time. Even if I end up playing video games for a few hours during the day, I’d rather just run in place than stay still.

    Check this out.

It’s a progressive, body-weight exercise program originally developed for the Canadian Air Force. It takes only 11 minutes a day.

You’re welcome. You start easy and work your way up. If you can make it to the highest levels, you’ll be in serious shape.

    @Dr Phibes

That’s my end goal. I definitely want to start this. I’m not looking to get a body of a bodybuilder, but I do want more muscle if only to have more stamina throughout the day.

Search Amazon for “Bodyweight Strength Training.” You’re a student, so you can get a discount.

Take up a martial art. (Weight lifters train themselves to lift heavy things. Marital artists learn something useful and they end up just as strong.)

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

I’ll look into that as well. I’ve always been interested in martial arts.

    Calisthenics + running

    and it’s free….. and efficient.

One very good book of calisthenics (convict stuff it’s just marketing this is calisthenics base)

http://www.amazon.com/Convict-Conditioning-Weakness-Using-Survival-Strength/dp/0938045768 (very important to start from first step even if it’s look boring and too easy (in fact it’s important to built the muscle)

but you can find some of the 1 to 10 step of the book for free

I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of a woman, nor ask a woman to live for mine.

    What are you aiming for
    strength?
    look good?
    get bigger?
    lose weight?

    Look up calisthenics.

    The absolute base stuff is”

Pull/chin ups(back and biceps) and dips(chest and triceps).

You can do a number of things for core/abs.
    My favorite is dragon flies.

You can do handstand pushups for shoulders.

If you’re aiming for pro athlete levels, you will need at least 3 different excersises for each muscle group.
Sadly only bodyweight stuff wont cut it at some point and you’ll have to enter a gym or get equipment at home.

Makes sure you do every muscle at least once a week, i like to go for 2 times.
Keep numbers on sets bellow 20 for good measure.Once you get past that you’ve gotten too strong, you can add weight.Rinse and repeat.

I know you said you don’t want to spend money but I recommend resistance bands. They’re cheap (about $10-30 USD for a set of 5), portable and can fit in a small bag. There’s lots of Youtube videos showing routines with them.

If there is a planet fitness near you check them out, $10 bucks a month.

Also if you do train in a martial art I would still do full body workouts to help ballence out any under used muscles.

Bench, squat, deadlift are all great full body exercise.

I thought what I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?
