it isn’t a flop but it is struggling. The marketing for this film has pushed The Wasp who so is this a case of just the inevitable drop after Infinity War or is it because they are starting to push female heroes and no one gives a s~~~?
It will be very interesting to see how Captain Marvel does early next year and if that performs badly then once the MCU goes SJW after Avengers 4 the whole thing will come crashing down

We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham

the MCU has managed to somehow avoid all of the SJW s~~~ over the last ten years (the fact that SJW morons have now started slagging off the earlier films proves that)
I am checking out of the whole thing after Avengers 4 next year though
I have zero interest in the Wasp. AntMan was interesting and Paul Rudd delivered. I don’t care to see some thot come out of nowhere and upstage him because her suit is “better” and “anything a man can do, a woman can do upside down, blindfolded, while giving birth in the arctic tundra.”
Female heroes are just boring. Not only because the character is uninteresting, but because the women just can’t sell the role. We all know they’re only cast because they’re hot and they slept with the right Weinstein 10 years ago. Pass.
Cupcakes are Cold. MGTOW is Absolute Zero.

yep!
Ant-man and the Wasp film has already made back its production and likely advertising cost.
From what I have heard, have not see it yet, it is okay to good.
This is fine. Anyone with intelligence realized this film was a breather episode to follow the much darker Avenger Infinity War.
Anime series do this all the time. Have a real dark plot line, then a comedic plot line, and then back to dark plot line.
This keeps the audience from getting depressed over a franchise.
Antman was a minor character in the Marvel comics as it was. “Wasp” was even more of a minor character.
Even without any SJW stuff, I really didn’t expect much for such minor characters.

I am just tired of comic book movies in general. All I need the Dark Knight series and Toby McGuire Spidermans.
Females bully their way to get into movies but you can’t force people to fill the box office if their just not interested.
#icethemout; Remember Thomas Ball. He died for your children.

I’d agree with the minor characters not doing as well…they’re going to be losing a lot of star power soon when some big name actors get phased out, and they are going to be phasing out some of Marvel’s most well known characters. Its going to be hard to replace that in more than one way, and they’ve been building these characters up for so long now if they try a quick reboot with new actors for Iron Man, Thor, or Captain America people are just going to be disappointed.
If the plan is to replace characters like Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor with OP Captain Marvel, The Wasp, and a bigger role for Black Widow…I guess its just time for people to walk away from the franchise as it goes to SJW s~~~ like Star Wars did.

I think they’re going to be pulling in some expanded universe alternates. Female Iron Man, Black Gay Spiderman, Female Thor. And it’s going to fail spectacularly.

That would be about the only thing they could do that would be worse than just pulling in some lesser known characters that only actual comic fans would know…so you might be right lol.
I saw it, it was alright. Michael Pena was the highlight again, and the story was mildly interesting. That said, the “shock ending” they promised was no shock at all, the only shock was that it wasn’t who I was expecting.
I, Lelouch Vi Britannia, command you, all of you, to Go Your Own Way!!
my brother said he is getting bored of marvel movies. if he feels that way, likely a million other people do too. They’re fun once in a while, but 4 or 5 a year is a bit much, especially if hollywood is not putting out anything else worth watching to give a little variety.
I bathe in the tears of single moms.

My kids love the Michael Pena character. True. I thought it was pretty good.
But, I am preparing my sons. I’ve told them about how it looks like the MCU will be going the Star Wars direction with Captain Marvel. My sons and I loved Infinity War and I hope Avengers 4 will be a satisfying conclusion but I’ve told my sons I think that will pretty much be the end of the MCU. If they go SJW that’s the end. Too bad, but it was fun while it lasted. When I was a kid I would never have believed we’d have what we’ve had.
Ant-Man is boring, and Wasp Gurl makes it even more cringe worthy.
Sovereignty above all else.
People are getting tired of superhero movies. I know I am. I haven’t watched a marvel movie since 2016 when the cast of the avengers came on my screen and told me to vote for hitlery.
I don’t give a f~~~. I never read comics and every one of these movies bore me. I loved Star Wars and Lord of the rings. The former, ruined, the latter was good until it went off the rails with The Hobbit.
Other than those franchises, books and movies I loved action and war movies of the 80’s/90’s. That vibe is dead now as well.
