Windows 10 kept trying to install itself on my laptop. I kept blocking it. Then one day it installed without me knowing because I left it in for too long. The install failed because my laptop was too old and.. get this. It gave me a message that I should buy a new laptop. F~~~ you..lol. a program i don’t want says i should buy a new laptop to use it.

I sometimes have to use a Winblows 10 machine at work, and I cannot stand it. Although WinXP Pro wasn’t perfect, I still like it better than anything that followed.

I had an old laptop given to me because it was running so poorly. It had Windows Vista installed, along with the usual Dell bloatware. Even doubling the RAM from 1 GB to 2 GB made no substantial improvement (yeah, I know… 2GB isn’t really enough either but I didn’t want to dump too much money into the thing). Ultimately, nuked Winblows, installed Linux (Mint), and never looked back. It’s not a great machine, but it’s usable now. I’m not a die-hard Linux fanboy; it has its share of bugs and glitches… but for the price, I ain’t complaining.

I have been struggling with a Windows 10 Laptop for business/ travel purposes, since last year. Yesterday, the Universities’ Audiovisual set up would not recognize it and I was unable to use my PowerPoint presentation for my lecture (normally, I use a thumb drive).

When I first got it, I was looking forward to exploring the new “Improvements” myself. Also, I enjoy learning and observing the cleverness of the young folks who end up helping me when I get stuck. Now, the “Honeymoon” is over with Windows 10 and I want a divorce.

Windows 10 makes me feel like the “Old Fart” who will only ever be able to use a flip phone with the large number dial pad.

My Windows 7 desk top that I built is my trusty reliable work horse. So, I have avoided Windows 8.1 like the plague.

Most of the twenty something college Students I talked to yesterday are using MACs. I suspect that Windows 10 was created to make Laptop owners switch to MACs.

Nevertheless,the few college students who are dealing with Windows 10 seem to be managing the s~~~ that comes up.

I just got another win10 hack attempt from Father Muckrosoft, and we lost power today and for now windows will not start, I had to back door my way in. I may vanish for a while if it crashes totally and I think it will unless I can restore it.

I’m getting a Mac and learning that opperating system and all the email connections I must figure out where to load.

Handed me the biggest pile of f~~~ing s~~~ win8 which I returned the machine and opted to up the memory on this one.

Now I’m Killing Muckrosoft with revenge in my heart of hearts and willing to learn other operating systems. I have redundant surge protectors but I think this was the last straw, there may be some hardware damage the way it’s actin.

Gotta go, time to tweak this 14 year old battle hardened box that’s been to digital hell and back!

So if I vanish, you can bet I’m waiting for a Mac and learning the operating system and programing it for my preferences and programs.

Today linux install is easy, OS itself gives much more than windows in terms of stability and ease of use.

For new users go with Ubuntu or Mint.
Ps. you can dualboot with windows (chose which OS you want to use).

Ahh, I Forgot about the CCTV machine! I’m BACK!

This keyboard and monitor f~~~ing sucks! Tiny, non ergonomic, no split in the middle, gota look down while typing. I’ll be reading more than I will be writing, that’s for key missing sure!

Looks like systems restore can’t for now, it’s trying, but I don’t think it will make it, back door only until I reformat piece’o’s~~~…

I had to use a portable tiny compressor and air blower to jump start the cabinet fan. I think I GOT MY MONEY’S WORTH! Why not work that whore into the ground? I got 19+ years out of one of my dogs, why not a computer? F~~~ it, I’m gonna get it running a gain and get Mac so I can suffer the transition. Like a junkie going from heroin to a methadone clinic.

I know, Windows has gotten worse since XP days. I finally had enough and got a MAC about 10-12 years ago. The software is very pain free compared to the tedious disaster of Microsuck. I have to use Windows 10 at work. The thing that really irks me, is all the IT guys telling me how wonderful Windows is. F~~~ing p~~~es me off. My Machine at work boots up to a black screen every morning. I have to power cycle a few times just to get Windows 10 to boot up properly. I’m told this is nothing to worry about by my IT guy. So many geeks sucking on Bill Gates Nuts. F~~~ Microsoft!!!

In my opinion, Mac’s OSX is a pretty average operating system.
Its native hardware is overpriced, limits the user from accessing system files and can make software development a hassle.

My PC runs Windows 10, I had been forced to use Win 8 until now.
Although, I might consider switching to Linux if it supports my games.
