That’s just a woman acting out her emotions when she doesn’t get her way.
She acted out of desperation because the courts did not side with her and she couldn’t bear to be defeated.

I believe there are a lot of women who would kill their child to spite a man if they felt they could get away with it.
She felt compelled to kill herself because she knew she wouldn’t get away with her actions.
