How is it that the probation officer can’t understand the law? Simple. They don’t care.
So here is the thing that magically gets you every time.
VAWA laws and Restraining orders are supreme. Hell my probation officer did not even know that the Restraining order was re ratified in July. Hence why they were SO p~~~ed I was in California. They could not get me on other charges.
Again, this is all apart of the game. He even said that the lawyers findings say nothing about it in the conditions of probation.
Hint. IT DOES NOT MATTER. VAWA and restraining orders reign supreme. And here in Oregon, they can be changed WITHOUT you being in court. NO KIDDING! OREGON IS GREAT!
Now, today, he brought up the subject. Well, Apparently, he could not answer why I was on probation for NOT breaking the Restraining order.
And he did not want to talk about HER breaking the order and coming to my home.
And during her conversation with him apparently , SHE forgot to mention the cops were there and she was at my home.
Now THink about that.
He did do one thing. He gave up on putting on the stipulation that I inform him I have a girlfriend. Today the conversation was “never say never, and there are no absolutes”
With that I said, Name one thing a woman does positive in your life?
THe silence was followed by, “TOld you” .
He then tried to pull the “Don’t you want to see your son guilt trip”.
SURE. YOU PUT THAT IN WRITING, and I will take that to the lawyer, and we can go from there.
Suprise suprise. No John Hanc~~~.
He said he would go into looking into me getting my VA program back, and to send him the paperwork from the VA, so ANOTHER month wait.
Again, the question came up, How can they do a “State Compact” with a Bench probation?
And why the Judge’s order is not valid? Again, no answer. “THE JUDGE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO THAT”.
Now the Probation officer gets to tell the judge what he can and can not do.
Again, fathers out there, DO NOT BE FOOLED. NO CONTACT means NO CONTACT.
Again, asked him, IF YOU CAN”T HAVE CONTACT, how can you have Visitation?
“Well,,Um Family..
WAIT THAT’s 3rd Party Contact.
Another Bout of Silence.
Then he even said, Well, you went to her home.
“Well, that’s not what the ORDER said, and that is not why I got picked up”
“I don’t want to get into that”/
Do I feel bad. Not anymore. I got tired of the Bulls~~~. They can go get someone else to break the law. Not my fault. I can’t do anything about it.
Why fight when they won’t honor their own laws?
All of this is set up to get your ass in hot water. And they know it.
He even said, never mind on the “DV classes”. Men like me are NOT WELCOMED to places like this. And I think he knows all to well what’s in store when I go someplace. Just more recruiting to MGTOW and MGTOW.com.

My realization from the last meeting was when he told me I had to be nice to people, I told him. “WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? THrow me in jail Like I ASKED?
Yea. WHen you are so far from giving a f~~~, they can not do anything. Besides, they don’t want me in jail. THe last time, some police officer got Hammered out of the Portland Police force. And there are so many more.
Police hate to have to punish their own. Sad how they just “Lose their badge”. Hmmm.
