Another step in getting over red pill rage

So, I know there’s a lot of newer mgtow out there who’ve got the red pill rage, and from time to time, I’ll have a small bit as well. I’ve looked at many ways to help get over it, but most haven’t worked, so I thought I’d throw this out there in case any other guys are having some trouble. So, I’ve got a few pieces of advice that worked for me.

This one has been important. Find whatever it is you like doing, maybe it’s cars, videogames, music, painting, I know some buddies who have told me that mowing the lawn and gardening of all things are very calming, and these are big burly motherf~~~ers too. You know yourself better than anyone, and you know what you like. For me, it’s writing, music, videogames, and I’ve gotten more into cars lately, car parts, ect.

LAUGH IT OFF

If you’re anything like me, sometimes you fall for these incindiary videos that feminists and manginas put out. You’ve gone over it a thousand times in your head, probably wrote down somewhere a million reasons why they’re wrong, maybe even called them out on it. And then the next day, they just do it again. These videos are made to p~~~ you off, and get under your skin, if you let it, they win. So, like some of my mgtows buddies do, we laugh it off. We simply say “Wow, these bitches are crazy” or “These c~~~s are ate the f~~~ up” or “Look at these basic bitches, they think they’re hot s~~~”. You’ve already torn apart their arguments in your head, online, in real life, doing it all over again won’t stop them. They don’t deserve an instant of your time or attention, so laugh it off, know they’re wrong, and move on to something else.

Finally, treat women like children. Whenever they give you a “look” just assume they’re drooling little lady babies, because despite their best efforts to look good, and all that makeup, they are just bratty little children. Would you get mad if a little five year old spilled their cup? Or called you a “big fat meanie poopy head”? Of course not, because who the f~~~ cares? They don’t know anything about life, they’vee been coddled and spoiled, so who cares?

I hope that helps, it’s helped me be happy, at peace. There’s plenty of strategies out there to get over it, but these worked for me where others didn’t. Best of luck, fellas.

I figured it on my own but fellow brethren will need this advice.

This step is available in the MGTOW arsenal, we call it basically the “no f~~~s given”. It’s one of the standard equipped things in the MGTOW personal.

That’s true too. It’s important to note that it might take one guy a week, and another guy months or even years. Just know that one day it’ll pass and go away. Also, it’s something every red pill man goes through. Like puberty, it’s just part of the process.
